POSTS STORIES REELS

🍞 Comment “CARBS” for a free carb target cheat sheet explaining the method described in the reel!

Of course, things like activity level and body composition, etc., are going to have an impact on how many carbs a person can consume. However, in the grand scheme of things, it is extremely simple to figure out how many carbs you should be eating.

The next time you see someone trying to compare carbs with you, just tell them that it's different for everyone!

This is the result of 4 years of consistent, hard work.

HOWEVER, before you get discouraged and think to yourself “Great! It’s going to take me 4 years to change!” Keep reading and let me explain something.

Consistent means showing up in the gym 2-4 times a week, no matter what else was going on.

Hard means training to failure, not every set, but intelligently, enough to actually force my body to change.

Not everything comes easy. For some people, building muscle happens fast. For others it takes years. I already had a decent foundation 4 years ago, but look at the difference time, consistency, and doing things right can make.

None of this happens without staying on top of training, nutrition, and actually understanding why the changes happen, not just guessing. I put in the research and build the systems that work, so you don’t have to spend 4 years figuring it out.

Everyone starts their journey at a different point in life. But the thing that never changes is this:

Consistency. Is. Key. 🔑

If you’re ready to build your foundation, or take what you already have to the next level, send me a message.

Let’s build for YOU, what took ME four years, in MUCH LESS time.

This is HOW my Clients still eat real food 🍝 🍕 and completely transform their body…

Here’s MB:

She’s lost over 23 lbs in 16 weeks with an EXTREMELY busy schedule, working 13+ hour shifts with zero access to a fridge

She wanted to make a change

An investment into her health and confidence 📈

She was tired of believing weight loss wasn’t possible for her anymore ❌
She was tired of crash diets that never stuck ❌
She was tired of not feeling confident in different clothing ❌

MB took a very consistent approach with the EvoRx Method ✅

She started meal prepping at home, packing it into a thermos, and stashing it somewhere she could keep coming back to for bites throughout the day

She was able to eat real, consistent meals on 13-hour shifts, drop from a size 16 to an 11/12, and still climb 110 flights of stairs feeling stronger than ever 🏃‍♀️

If you’re someone who’s currently skipping meals, running on protein bars, and white-knuckling your way through the day, thinking that’s just what it takes to lose weight, there’s a better way to actually get there and keep it…

Try these 5 medicine ball variations to build up upper body power and get some anger out from that rough day at work the next time you get back to the hotel. Choose one variation and get good at it before moving on to the next.

We’ve all walked into a hotel gym, or any gym for that matter, and seen these medicine balls lining the racks, not having been touched for who knows how long. If you’ve ever wondered what you can do with them, here ya go!

PLEASE READ!!

The only thing better than working out is working out in Halloween costumes! This was a 3-rep max-centered workout that allowed me to get a better idea of how heavy these ladies can really go.

If this isn’t evidence that going heavy isn’t something that should be feared, I don’t know what is!

There’s a lot to be scared about on Halloween, but lifting that heavy-ass weight ain’t one of em!

DM me if you need a workout routine tailored directly to your travel schedule to help you progress faster than you've ever dreamed.

Utilize this full-body workout the next time you find yourself in a hotel on a trip. It's super simple, and most hotel gyms will always have the necessary equipment To hit most of the movements in this video!

Let me know if there are any alternatives you would like to see or if there are other workouts that you want to see in the gym setting.

Like where did everything go 😭😂!

In all seriousness, most hotel gyms have plenty of equipment in order to get a great workout in. This hotel gym actually had a variety of things. I just took them off the shelves to make a joke.

However, if you DO need help structuring a workout program to accommodate hotel gyms. DM me for coaching!

Also, comment “TRAVEL” if you want a free guide on how to stay locked in while you’re away from home 🔒
