The Minor-MacDowells 💍🤍

On February 28, 2026, Hunter and I got married on our 10 year anniversary. It was the happiest and most beautiful day imaginable, as we tied the knot after a decade of love. We sang, laughed, and danced with our friends and family all weekend along. So many toasts, so many happy tears. I am the luckiest boy to know and feel this kind of love.

Oh and happy 10 years & 1 month anniversary, Hunter 😉

Meet Hunter, who will be starring as The Baker. It’s been many years since Jojo in Seussical and Slightly Soiled in Peter Pan, but Hunter is thrilled to be returning to Butterfly Guild and the Palace. Hunter spends his days at CCT as their Education Coordinator and (Bill) Goldsmith Artist in Residence, and spends his nights taking on roles such as Quasimodo in The Hunchback of Notre Dame (CCT). @hunter.minor

Of course I said “yes.” ♥️

Hunter pulled off the happiest surprise of my life on Thursday night. During our trip to New York City, we were on our way to “dinner,” but stopped outside the Stephen Sondheim Theater on Broadway to take a photo. Then my boyfriend of nearly 8 years became my fiancé after the most magical proposal imaginable.

I knew very early on in our relationship that I’d always say “yes” to continuing our life together. I fell even more in love through 5 years of long distance, as Hunter has made me happier than anyone or anything. I love this man and know this next chapter will be even more beautiful. We’re getting married y’all!

“Oh, all I wanna do is grow old with you.”
