We finally did it! After a lot of hard work and with the steaks not getting any higher we we able to get a check! This tournament was such a grind and was probably one of the toughest tournaments I’ve ever fished and it was against the Top 100 High School anglers in the state we were able to pull off 15th place to get a $1,500 check! Thanks @jrs_advanced_recyclers for sponsoring me taken in Big Stone Lake by @hunter_fishing28

Well that’s a wrap on High School Fishing. I’m not even sure where to start with this but this has been one of the greatest experiences of my life with all the things we have learned and accomplished over the years and all of the people I have met along the way. I want to say thank you to everyone who helped us out throughout my High school career making what I do possible. We didn’t quite end our season the way we were hoping in the TOC on Gull lake, we ended up in 32nd out of 101 teams. Went into it hoping to target the smallmouth but tournament day they just wouldn’t eat so we had to go fish largemouth all day and we did what we could. Now time to move on to the big boy tournaments. taken in Gull Lake by @hunter_fishing28

Lake Cumberland was definitely the hardest lake we have ever fished. It is nothing like back home in Minnesota, it’s basically like if you filled the grand canyon with water. We never really had a plan going into the tournament, pre fishing was tough so all we could do was throw things together and scramble during the tournament, at times making up to 40 mile runs. We were able to qualify for the World Finals and placed 21st out of 411 of the best high school teams in the world! taken in Lake Cumberland KY by @hunter_fishing28
