I don’t share myself much on my work profile, but this felt like the right time. Film has been a constant in my life, and every project and every person I’ve worked with has shaped the way I see and create. I’m grateful for the lessons, the opportunities, and the people who have believed in me along the way. Things have been moving in new directions recently, both in work and in life, and I’m embracing it with a lot of excitement. Still the same passion and love for what I do, just growing, learning, and stepping into what comes next with a clearer sense of who I am and where I’m heading. I’ve also been updating a few things on my end, and you can find more of my work through the link in my bio. 📸: @timvoltio by @hunterashleydp

Alongside my amazing crew, cast and client—this piece was made from the heart. We are honored to share it with you. @holacaracolard is a Dominican annual agenda brand. We launched this project for the 2026 collection with a fresh concept — and the trust placed in my creative vision was truly special. In my proposal, I wanted to capture a sense of softness, lifestyle and adventure that inspires the audience to dream big and be intentional. Because in the end, living beautifully is the motto. ✨ Director / Creative Director / Production Designer / Producer: @gabsobrino @gabsobrinoportfolio DP: @hunterashleydp AD: @elisagarciarosario Travel / Logistics: @solarofonico Editor & Color: @jeanpoueriet Talent: @monagasmarcelle Grateful to the crew who made this possible — your work brought this vision to life. 🌿 Special thanks to the best hospitality of the magical @villapajon and Taína the best tour guide with paws #HolaCaracola #CreativeDirection #CinematicBranding #VisualStorytelling #AestheticFilm #BrandFilm #CommercialFilm #FemaleDirector #CinematicCommercial #DominicanRepublic #VisualPoetry #DreamyVisuals #shortfilm #AestheticVideo #stopmotion by @hunterashleydp

Chasing the light and getting as much as possible out of each location was the real challenge in this project. We had a clear vision of what we wanted from day one and we achieved just that. With a crew and talent this good, the limited time and resources never got in the way. So grateful to @edgarlapaix and @basecampstudiord for bringing me on board and trusting my craft. Swipe through to see some clips and stills. #cinematography #cinematographer #directorofphotography #dp #dop by @hunterashleydp

Some projects just depend on that connection between the director and the DP. When your’e seeing things the same way, everything flows. @gabsobrinoportfolio by @hunterashleydp

It was a pleasure being part of this band’s first music video. I had the chance to DP and color grade this one, looking for a more filmic and organic feel that could bring back the atmosphere of the typical Dominican birthdays we grew up with: the colors, the spaces, and those little memories that feel almost universal to our childhood. The color palette and art direction were a big part of building that world and making the video feel familiar, nostalgic, and a little imperfect in the best way. Directed by @miguelelfoto Big shoutout to the entire crew for making this one happen, and to @murioeldoctor for trusting us with their first video. by @hunterashleydp
