Well, there goes our best kept secret…

VERO BEACH IS OFFICIALLY THE #1 TRENDING TRAVEL DESTINATION FOR 2027!

Travel + Leisure just reported that searches for Vero Beach have increased by over 200%, according to Skyscanner. And as a lifelong local, I can’t say I’m surprised.

Beautiful beaches, no high rises, incredible restaurants, charming neighborhoods and that slower pace of life that makes Vero so special.

I absolutely LOVE seeing our little slice of paradise get the recognition it deserves. But part of me wants to keep it all to ourselves!

So here’s my question. Are we still calling Vero Beach Florida’s best kept secret, or has that ship officially sailed?

Sea Oaks is one of those communities that just GETS IT.

A private beach club, oceanfront dining, 16 Har-Tru tennis courts, a riverfront marina, fitness center, and some of the prettiest oak-lined streets on the Barrier Island. I mean, what more could you want?

What I love most about Sea Oaks is that it actually feels like a community. Morning tennis, lunch overlooking the Atlantic, sunset cocktails, and neighbors who genuinely enjoy being there. It’s that Old Florida charm mixed with a fabulous resort lifestyle, and I’m obsessed.

Some closings just feel GOOD.

4348 Beauty Leaf Circle in Lakes at Waterway Village had previously spent a combined 393 days on the market with two other agents. I came in with a fresh strategy, new energy and a different approach, and just 10 days later, we were under contract with multiple offers.

Now that is the kind of turnaround I love.

Even better, Dale Sorensen represented both sides of this one, which made it feel extra special.
