This one feels different.

We’ve brought four babies into the world together… and this time, we feel complete. Our family feels complete. 🤍

Our last baby 🥰

Or… at least we hope so. 😂
We’re trusting that God’s plans and ours are aligned on this one because we are VERY happy with our little crew.

One day, we’ll walk into one of these rooms again — but it’ll be for our babies’ babies.

And honestly? I can’t even think about that without crying. 🥹

For now, I’m just soaking in the tiny fingers, the sleepy cuddles, the hospital bracelets, the exhaustion, and the man beside me who has done this whole parenting thing with me from the very beginning.

Our last newborn.
Our last postpartum room.
Our last time becoming a family of 6 for the first time.

What a gift it is to know this is the last. 🤍 #baby #familyofsix #postpartum #familycomplete by @hunterlrussell

Not every healthy habit needs to be complicated.

I’m a mom of 4, I’m busy, I’m tired sometimes, and I’m right there with you trying to figure out how to take better care of myself in the middle of taking care of everyone else.

I’m not here because I have it all figured out. I’m here because I’ve found things that have helped me, I love sharing what I’m learning, and I want other women to feel supported along the way.

The gut health conversations, the simple swaps, the daily habits, the encouragement when you fall off track and the reminders that YOU matter, too.

We don’t have to overhaul our lives overnight. We just have to start somewhere.

So pour your pink drink, put your shes on, fill your water bottle… whatever your starting point looks like.

I’m doing this with you.

No 27-step morning routine.
No hours in the gym.
No crazy restriction dieting.
No perfection required. 🙅🏼‍♀️

Just little things I can do consistently, even in the middle of motherhood. 🤍

Because taking care of me matters, too.

And girl, it really CAN be that simple. 🫶🏻

In 2019, I wasn’t looking for a business. I was looking for ME. ❤️

I was tired, overwhelmed, anxious, running on Dr Pepper and willpower, and hated my closet. I wanted to feel better, have more energy, and actually ENJOY the life I was living.

I had no idea that trying a little pink drink would eventually lead me to a community, a business, and a whole different version of ME and a bigger vision for my family’s future.

My why has grown over the years, but it started with my HEALTH.

And if you’re a mom who feels like she’s just surviving her days instead of enjoying them, I want you to know you’re not alone. 🫶🏼

I love my life. I really do. 🤍

But I also want MORE.

More energy to keep up with my kids.
More health so I can feel good in my body.
More financial breathing room because EVERYTHING is expensive right now.
More time at home with these babies while they’re still little.

I don’t want a bigger house or a fancy car.

I want a life that doesn’t leave me feeling like I’m constantly choosing between time, money, and my health.

And that’s a big part of why I’m building what I’m building.

Because I can be SO grateful for the life I have and still want more for my family. Both can be true. 🫶🏼

Tell me I’m not the only mom who feels this way. 👇🏼#motherhood #postpartum #dream #groceries #finance by @hunterlrussell

I used to dream of the career, the title, the life I was building.

And I’m proud of that girl. She worked hard for it.

But somewhere along the way, my dream changed.

I stopped dreaming about climbing the ladder and started dreaming about being home when my babies woke up. Slow mornings. Family dinners. Being present for the little moments I can never get back.

I didn’t become less ambitious. My ambition just started looking different.

Sometimes the life you once prayed for isn’t the life you’re being called to stay in forever. 🤍

6 weeks postpartum. Down 20 lbs. Got the all-clear. First workout yesterday. Walking + protein goals. One simple system. This mama is LOCKED IN. 👏🏼

My belly is still soft, as it should be. I JUST had a baby. 🫶🏼

This isn’t about erasing what my body looks like or rushing to “bounce back.” It’s about honoring what my body has done + making it even STRONGER. 🤍

I’m focusing on the basics, staying consistent with my gut health + wellness routine, and showing up for myself one day at a time.

No extremes. No rushing. Just small, consistent steps toward feeling my best. ✨

Who wants to follow along or work on their own goals with me?! 🫶🏼 Let’s do this together! 💪🏼
