I am so excited to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Appalachian State University! I would first like to thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, as I would not be where I am without Him. I want to thank my Mom, my Dad, my sisters, and my grandparents for all their constant support throughout my high school running career. I also want to thank Coach Ramos, Coach Ketterman, Coach B, Coach Derek, and Ben Austin for their involvement in not only making me a better runner, but also a better person. I want to thank Dr. Rigby for always helping me to stay healthy and ready to train and compete. Lastly, I want to thank Coach Herbster for giving me the opportunity to compete at App State.
