What you see here is all on paper- 1325 video stills, each printed out, painted on and/or cut up (some not), then rescanned and animated. The entire process took about three months. My old friend @samesk8r recently found this footage of us skating Ann Arbor, Michigan back in 1989. I can’t explain how surreal it is for me to see this, it was so was rare for there to be a camera on the streets back then, I don’t remember any of it. We were 15! Featured mostly is @dj50one50 one of my best friends at the time and who first introduced me to skateboarding. Also appearing are @this_dog_is_crazy @samesk8r and Dave Roberts. Graffiti at the end is by A2 legend @yerboy 🫡Skateboarding was our entire world back then. Ann Arbor was an epic scene at the time. We were very lucky. PS I’m pretty sure we knew those girls at the Taco Bell and were just having some fun 😎Thank you Rob for digging this up!🙏 by @huntfilmwork
