I Worked on these Mixed Media Art Pieces with @blleu.u a while back.
Mixing some Photography, Digital art, and some storytelling.

Four pieces. One story.

Control.
Surrender.
Reflection.
Aftermath.

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t realizing something is falling apart.

It’s realizing how much energy you spent trying to hold it together.

Piece One — Control: holding everything together while the cracks are already showing.

Piece Two — Surrender: realizing that fighting the current doesn’t always change where it takes you.

Piece Three — Reflection: looking back and recognizing patterns you couldn’t see while you were inside them.

Piece Four — Aftermath: when everything gets quiet enough to finally see what’s left.

The damage.
The choices.
The cost.

Some stories don’t end cleanly.

Sometimes they just leave you with something to learn from.

This is one of those stories.

Well, September was something alright.

I’ll keep it brief.

I’ve been doing a lot more reflecting. A lot more resting. Getting the house together. Cleaning. Trying to actually keep the apartment in order.

Basically, getting myself back on track.

And now I’ve decided to expand what I do and how I do it.

I’ve been moving like a business.

I’m not.

At least, not yet.

I’m business savvy. I understand money. I understand opportunity. But I’m an artist with money as an interest.

There’s a difference.

I think too many of us are trying to become corporations, brands, or some polished, generic copy of a copy.

I’m over it.

I’m an artist.

This is my vision, and I’m done selling myself short.

I just want to do it all.

I don’t want to stop at digital art. I know I’m good at it. That’s where I excel. But I’m also good at a hell of a lot of other things.

And I can’t become great at those things if I spend my whole life convincing myself I’m only supposed to do one.

So that’s where I’m navigating now.

I’m the product.

My vision. My experience. The way I curve my pen. The way I whip a tattoo needle. The way I angle a camera to capture a moment in time.

All of it.

I’m going to do a lot more.

I’m throwing my hooks at everything I can reach.

Make way.

I’m on the move.

Posting this late August recap followed by another,

This month I had a lot more focus the day job. Work and getting things in order in my personal life. A lot of obstacles in the way.
I had to take a step back from some projects to get myself sorted.
Still in that process.

With priorities shifting. I’m still gonna come at ya hot.

I’ve just been reevaluating a lot of things.

How I do them. Why I do them.
How I’m going to do them from now on.

What I want to do.

Changes.
Life it’s always happening.

July was HOT. Legit HOT. And insanely busy with the job I do for a paycheck.

I spent a lot of days stuck in the cycle of sleep → work → sleep → work → repeat. Overworked, underappreciated, and trying to push through it all with a bum shoulder.

But I still pushed through.

Now we face August — head first.

The goal hasn’t changed: a show every month of the year. More art. More creating. More showing up.

We still on that.

I am so Late with June and that’s ok. Instagram doesn’t pay me 😅.

I’m whimsical with it.

As artists, we all know the feeling. Trying to balance creating, life, deadlines, work, and somehow still making time for the art that actually matters. That mental weight is real.

June was full of small victories.

I finally got through a huge digital art declutter. The battles have been won. The war’s still going.

I also realized I don’t need to be everything for everyone anymore. I’ve got my circle. We’ll grow together. Right now, my focus is building inventory, filling the vault, and finally bringing the artwork that’s been living in my head to life.

One day at a time. More time for myself. More time for the people I love. Just figuring it out together.

Live like a king and let no one in your castle.

I’m running with that.

I’ve got some good things brewing.

Keep them peepers peeping.

Toodles.

Got May out the way!
Hit this Month with some WORK!

3 events! New Art! New Figures! New Ideas!

I’ve been non stop committing to making sure to get out there and show up!

My event Big draw energy was a success!

Followed by the cultured event curated by prez AT the NOT YOUR AVERAGE ARTIST SHOWCASE

And with an epic assist at @crossbronxcollective event MAY SHE REIGN. an all female fronted showcase!

Now with a bigger focus on building myself up and new projects I’m taking a step back away from collaborations and unpaid work to enhance my workflow and productivity.

Junes already HOT. Trust me. I’m cooking. 🔥

March 2026. History. * poof *

And in that time, I wasn’t sitting still.
I was building.
Quietly stacking tools, ideas, and a new direction.

Not for aesthetics.
Not for validation.
For something real.

Fueling this life isn’t cheap
but I’d rather invest in myself than stay comfortable and stuck.

Because most people won’t.
And that’s the difference.

I finally announced my Art Show.
Something I talked about in small circles for quite some time…
that now exists.

No more “one day.”
No more waiting.

This is being built
with people I trust,
with real community behind it.

Art isn’t a side thing for me.

It’s the center.

Always has been. ( thanks mom )

And now it’s finally starting to show!

Now I will work towards making BIG DRAW ENERGY along side @crossbronxcollective the experience it should be!

February was a hell of a ride.
Very Freeing, revealing, and real. Really.. real.
Let me tell you, still on it moving with “Grace” and sticking to the art agenda, making the dream real.
Came across some Life events, but there ain’t nothing to it.
Just keep on moving and still getting better at it by the day. Never falter. Never fail. Get better. adapt.

and finally getting closer towards my goal of getting the community of artist together for an event just for the locals.
It’s been a very busy few months so that being said onto the next one bigger and better things a foot!

Now let’s hope I get through the next month in peace 😅😮‍💨
