The men are back-to-back champs and the women win their FIRST EVER Region 6 indoor title.

Great racing at Fort Hays today from your Blue Dragon Cross Country Team! Congrats to Letsepa Prince Mudame for getting 1st in the Men's 8k followed by Esteban Ortega in 6th and Esteban Oses-Campos in 7th. Also a congratulations to Ashara Frater for getting 1st in the women's 5k!

Afterwards the team followed with a quick trip to Kanopolis Lake to swim and enjoy the freezing water.

Freshman year complete...

I wish everything had turned out the way I imagined; however, every experience teaches you something, and I’m grateful for the incredible moments I lived, the people I met, and the smiles I shared here.

Food, places, and landscapes that I used to see only in movies are now memories I get to take with me from this stage of my life. For now, I’m just waiting for the moment I can see my mother and family again to recharge my energy, because I know what I have and what I’m capable of achieving. I just need to find that spark again and come back even stronger.

Kebba Makalo broke and tied a pair of school records 👀

Makalo finished 3rd and broke the school record in the men's 100-meter dash with a time of 9.98 seconds. He tied his own school record and was the national runner-up in the 200 with a time of 19.91 seconds. 🌬️ #BreatheFire by @hutchtrackxc
