An art piece dedicated to the one and only Vinny Mauro!!

May 2026 edit: yo, it's been a little over 2 years since I've finished working on this piece but to this day it's definitely still a favourite of mine

This artwork took me a week to complete (with breaks ofc!) and it was all drawn on my phone with my stubby fingers, the entire process was actually quite fun I've always loved drawing complex architecture like this and working with the colours on this was very therapeutic to me (..◜ᴗ◝..)

I was terrible with thinking of what to write in captions back then but now I like talking abt my process through what I've created ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ so why not come back here and yap abt my still favourite piece huehuehue

Vinny is my fav MIW member if it isn't already clear, I felt very passionate and inspired going into this project which I feel rly adds to why I love this piece so much ヾ(≧∇≦)ゞ

They've been consuming my mind and it's so bad, doomed yaoi be the death of me ｡°(°.◜ᯅ◝°)°｡

I HATE them I'm gonna set them on fire and explode them (coping)

Ending 2025 with a Grumbo render (˶˃𐃷˂˶)
•
Last art post to close off the year, also my first Hermitcraft posting!! Been a fan of the series + life series & individual hermits for yeaarrsss but only recently got the fire in me to fully render a piece based around it and seriously I love the end result so much GRHSJDIWHX!!!!

This was done on PaintTool SAI thanks to a friend ꉂ(˵˃ ᗜ ˂˵) my usual art program is Medibang Paint. Genuinely had so much fun working on this I'm still gagged at how vibrant the colours are here, makes my heart happy 😭🖤 I love colours!!

I'm extremely happy I got to draw + render so much more works this year in comparison to last year, even if majority of them were for sharktober lol, but the thing is I felt the passion in most of the pieces I've created this year which I thought was dying out! I actually enjoyed creating the things I did again and I really do hope this maintains well from this day onwards, feeling burnt out is the absolute worst (ᗒᯅᗕ;)՞°

Anyway waffleduo goated!! Waffleduo comfort duo I love them sm ૮ ྀིᴗ͈ . ᴗ͈ ྀིა🫶🏻

Wishing everyone a good and fulfilling 2026 (..◜ᴗ◝..)

FIRE!!! 👹👹

Gotta say this turned out a lot better than I initially hoped it would, I've never drawn smth like this and I wasn't 100% confident in my capabilities of executing this piece but I like the final product a lot!! ᐠ( ᐛ )ᐟ

Looovveee playing with this type of lighting though, esp with warmer tones cause I always like the warmth it gives off

Y'know during my process on rendering the shark nearly finishing it up, it still felt a bit off to me until I decided to add the rim lighting and that made a WORLD of a difference, sometimes it's the smaller things that brings out the whole picture and I love that ( ꈍ◡ꈍ)✨️

Sketchy one for this day's prompt as I've been quite busy in recent days ༼;´༎ຶ ۝ ༎ຶ༽ I WILL get all prompts done before the end of the month though that is a promise (๑>؂•̀๑) you ain't NEVER gonna catch me NOT finishing sharktober

This one's a cozy one :3 would love to physically immerse myself into frame, if I had more time I'd def expand it and make it more detailed but alas, I've been busy 💔

BRINGING MY ALREADY PUNK OC INTO THIS DAY'S PROMPT!! I've missed drawing him lots (*ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)ꕤ*. I've posted a drawing of him once on my page so this would be the 2nd Kai posting (≧∇≦)

Kai is unfortunately not a full land shark as he still needs water to breathe so I designed him with that globe over his head and tanks to filter & oxygenize said water tank, yes that's a lotta weight to carry on him to walk on land but he gotta do what he gotta do to live as most of his business and social circles are on land 😔

He was originally full human but got mutated due to an accident, I won't yap abt his entire lore here but those are the main premise to his character ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ I LOVE KAI

Anyway I rly enjoyed drawing this!! Also one of the prompts I was looking forward to esp since I had the idea of slotting in my oc hehe 🫶🏻

Hehe sparkles✨️

The veil didn't turn out exactly like how I wanted it to but I didn't wanna sweat myself off into putting too much pressure on myself over this, I don't think it turned out too bad though (*´▽`*)

Back to my element of using warm colours in my main palette HEHEHE! ᐠ( ᐛ )ᐟ you're gonna see me using warm colours for the rest of sharktober!!

SHARKSUNE MIKU!! They say every version of miku is canon,,, ( ˶°ㅁ°) !!

The reason I went for a green onion colour scheme instead of the iconic miku blue is bc if you haven't figured it out already I'm going thru sharktober on my page in a backwards rainbow so it can form a proper rainbow on my grid HAHA

Had fun sketching out the pose for this piece! I initially wanted to do lineart to make it look more vocaloid-style ish but that didn't work out bc clean lineart isn't my forté (ᗒᗣᗕ)՞ you can still see the remnants of an attempt (¬`‸´¬)

I'm not even a big miku person, like at all, not too big on vocaloid as a whole but when I saw this prompt she was the only one that came into mind, the icon that she is 😭

I'm thinkin miku miku oo ee oo! •ᴗ•

Edit: this is for the sake of my peace of mind, but I can tell you with full certainty the hands were an honest overlooked mistake by me as an artist I WILL NEVER CONDONE AI 😭😭

WE'RE HALFWAY THROUGH THE MONTHHH!! There was a delay on this one cause I got sick asfff 😭 was violently sneezing ystd to the point my lungs genuinely hurt and I could not get up or move for the life of me BUT I MANAGED TO CATCH UP ON DRAWING THIS TODAY!!

I'm still recovering so this one's a bit more on the simpler side again, a seahorse as the cowshark's horse was so perfect in my head, look at them!! ₍₍⚞(˶˃ ꒳ ˂˶)⚟⁾⁾

Hope y'all are healthy and well btw!! I've gotten sick more times this year than I have in my life and I'm thinking it fr might be the environment just getting more polluted :( pls eat ur veggies, stay hydrated and take care of the environment as well, if we don't help the earth then no one will
