Leaving my last company wasn’t exactly how I pictured things going, but sometimes one chapter has to close for a better one to begin.

I’ve officially made the jump from residential HVAC into commercial HVAC & refrigeration. And if I’m being real, it’s exciting, humbling, and a little intimidating starting something new after getting so comfortable in residential.

But I know growth doesn’t come from staying comfortable.

I’m grateful for everything residential taught me, the good and the bad, because all of it helped me become the technician I am today. Now I get to learn a completely different side of this trade, work on bigger equipment, challenge myself, and keep building the career I want for myself. taken in Tampa, Florida by @hvacsavier
