Inspiration:
The theory that a tiny change can result in significant differences in a later state. The idea that even the flutter of a butterfly’s wings can cause a tornado on the other side of the world. A reminder that small actions can result in large outcomes that will completely change the course of one’s life.

I’m proud to share this collaborative mural series with @hvalor that we painted recently in Austin TX. It’s three connected walls that create an interwoven narrative about the power of the sun, the life force of water, and the deep human connection to these elements and rhythms of nature.
.
The series was commissioned by the founder of @onegoodleap and @givepowerfoundation and speaks to the work they do with solar energy and desalination of ocean water to provide clean drinking water for communities. Big thanks to Hayes for trusting us with the process and allowing us to bring your inspirations and values into visuals.
.
It was a pleasure to collab on this with my friend Hans. I’ve got a lot of respect for his artwork and sense of design and I loved the evolution of this project and weaving together our complimentary styles. Thank you for bringing me onto this project my dude!

The inspiration for the composition was intended to reflect the surrounding urban community. We decided to work with a vibrant color pallet ( which is a somewhat new thing for me ! ) & We wanted the piece to reflect the potential & existence of deep consciousness within very urban communities of big cities. The beautiful soul & passion that that coexists with the raw & rugged.
- The potential to transcending the struggle…
