Lacquer Wall Designs – Contemporary Japanning Lacquer’.
Using our paint alchemy skills we have created the HV’Art lacquer paint system to create beautiful high gloss lacquer wall & ceiling designs. As with all our finishes we do not use oil based mediums for environmental & health reasons.

Love the look of our new tins! 😍🤩🖤💫

Reposted from @HV_Art_LacquerPaint:
We are thrilled to announce the launch of the 'HV'Art Lacquer Paint System'
•
This unique waterborne paint system was created by us to use in creating our painted designs & finishes. The collection includes specialist primer/undercoats, 'Classic Lacquer Paint' for furniture & a 'Decorative Canvas Paint' as the perfect base for our glazes. We have a range of glazes for all our designs. These are then finished in a 'Crystal Lacquer' with sheens from 'Mineral 00 - Deep Flat moving incrementally all the way to 'Ceramic 90' Ultimate Gloss.
•
Brought to market in collaboration with 'Elmbridge Supplies' a 3rd generation family business dedicated to the specialist paint & decorative finishes industry.

Even the sockets got the VIP treatment. ⚡️✨

For this kitchen with @gunterandco, we hand-painted the outlets to blend with the Fior di Pesco marble splashback.

Irene put it best:
“We enlisted the help of Henry van der Vijver — a true artist — to camouflage the intricate sockets sourced from Italy… transforming white plastic plugs into seamless circular stone outlets.”

Because sometimes, it’s the tiniest details that make the loudest statement.

From bright metal to deep, even bronze.
We were asked to tame the patina on these sweeping ribbons beside the limestone treads. Our waterborne lacquer glaze lets us control tone and sheen across metres of curve, keeping the bronze natural and beautifully calm. Protected, sealed and finished to last.

Commissioned by @stonemasonry_comp_stonestair with @undercoverarchitecture and @artisteelltd
