A huge thank you to my amazing friends @kimberlyamelzer & Matt Melzer, and my loving husband @codytennis11, for making my first cruise absolutely unforgettable. The staff aboard @royalcaribbean Wonder of the Seas was exceptional—so friendly, and the attention to detail was impeccable. There was something to do every single day. I was beyond impressed and already can’t wait for the next one. I may never travel any other way again!!! 🚢 🌍 #wonderoftheseas #royalcarribean #cruise #vacation #adventure #memories by @hwall1015

I don’t know about you, but I don’t want anyone helping me carry my groceries or open the peanut butter jar when I 👵🏻

Most people begin to experience a gradual decline in grip strength once they hit 40.

Grip strength is a predictor of muscular endurance & overall strength. A high grip strength measurement is crucial in maintaining a good quality of life & has been found to be a good biomarker for longevity.

I weigh 110 lbs, so 75% of my body weight is 82 lbs. I carried 45s in each hand for 2 mins 🥵

“Strength-centered actions add life to years, not just years to life. Prioritize strength throughout your lifespan for optimal health & longevity.” @drgabriellelyon

Words cannot describe how much this team has meant to me. A very special group of young women on and off the golf course. We were led by an amazing group of seniors that came in during the uncertain times of Covid and are now leaving as young professionals ready to take on the 🌎

This season we shared laughs, tears, wins, losses, highs and lows. Memories were made and bonds have been formed that will last us ALL a lifetime ♾️

And through it all there’s nobody else I would have rather had by my side 🫶🏼

Thank you for a great year @nsu_wgolf and GO SHARKS 🦈💙 by @hwall1015
