I got to experience the @jetsetpilates x @welhydration event, and it was interesting to be on the other side!

A few things I loved:
✨ The energy and workout at Jetset (still one of my fav reformer classes to this day- seriously take a class if you get the chance!)
✨ Meeting other wellness creators absolutely crushing it
✨ Trying @welhydration’s energy drinks: no sugar, less sodium than other leading brands (which I personally love cuz I bloat so easily), great flavor, and a refreshing option to enjoy before or after a workout.

episode 3 of trying a new pilates class every week as an instructor! 🧘‍♀️✨

another week, another studio! sharing my honest thoughts on each class so you know exactly what to expect before booking your next session.

this week we’re checking out...

🧘‍♀️ instructor: @maggieonthe.mat
💰 Cost: $35 / drop in class
⭐ Best for: Anyone who loves a high-energy, full-body sculpt workout with a challenging mix of pilates-inspired movement, cardio burst, and strength elements.
🔥 Difficulty level: 7/10 - Spicy full-body burn 🔥
✨ Studio vibe: Trendy, energetic, and community-driven. Very bearable heat levels 🔥 you’ll sweat, but it’s not overwhelmingly hot!
My take: If you love a challenging workout that combines strength and sculpt, Powered is one to add to your NYC Pilates rotation! 🫶🏼

what studio should I try next? drop your recommendations below!

Little things that have been making me feel more like myself lately. Staying consistent with my routine, moving my body, eating balanced meals, getting outside, slowing down & making more time for the people and things I love.

Nothing crazy, just a reminder that sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference 🥹

For a long time, I thought the goal of movement was to change the way I looked.

But somewhere along the way, that changed.

I started realizing that the best part of movement had nothing to do with what I saw in the mirror. It was how I felt afterward: stronger, more confident, more grounded, more like myself.

Now movement can look like teaching a Pilates class, lifting weights, stretching on my mat, or literally just walking around NYC with nowhere to be.

I don’t think there’s one “right” way to move. I think there’s something really special about finding the kind of movement that makes you want to keep showing up for yourself.

That’s what this chapter of movement has become for me - not changing my body, but building a relationship with it.

Getting to tell that story through ONER, in NYC, felt really full circle. 🥹🗽

This is how I ONER. 🤍 @oneractive @krissycela @scarlettowens_
