Rooms like this change how you think

You listen differently. You sit straighter. You pay attention

@umarkamani didn’t bring @patrice.evra in to talk football

He brought him in to talk standards

And to make one thing clear:

Your life moves at the speed of what you tolerate

What you allow is what you become

This wasn’t about hype — it was about accountability

Comfort isn’t leadership

You perform at the level your standards allow

So if your standards aren’t high,
you have no business being in the room

Thank you for leading the way!

We had the pleasure of installing a @hydroluxe.official Water Ioniser at @patrice.evra and his beautiful wife home bringing next-level hydration to a family that already does everything right.

Our white-glove install included a guided demo and personalised hydration protocols, showcasing the three pillars of HydroLuxe water:

• Antioxidant-rich, alkaline water for cellular repair and balance

• Six times faster hydration for peak performance and recovery

• Pesticide removal for a safer home and healthier kids

Game Changer

HydroLuxe — and we deliver fully integrated, clinically backed hydration solutions for homes, hospitals, and wellness centres

I’m here to talk about a crisis no one is really talking about. Not a vitamin deficiency. Not a lack of wearables or supplements.

The real crisis? Failed hydration. 💧

Here’s the shocking truth:
Most people walking around today are chronically dehydrated — even if they’re drinking 2 litres of water. Why? Because most water simply isn’t bioavailable. It never actually reaches your cells.

And the cost?
⚡ At just 2% dehydration, your energy, focus and performance tank.
⚡ At 10%, your organs are under stress.
⚡ At 15%, confusion and collapse set in.
⚡ At 20%, dehydration can be fatal.

We are talking about a multibillion-dollar health crisis — one that’s draining human potential, fuelling disease, and quietly stealing quality of life.

On top of that? Millions of plastic bottles are wasted every single day, fuelling another crisis: our environment. 🌍

That’s why HydroLuxe exists. We are the first in the region to deliver fully integrated, clinically backed hydrogen water solutions — for homes, hospitals and wellness centres.

Because hydration isn’t just about water. It’s about life. It’s about health. It’s about the future of humanity and the planet. And we are here to change it. ✨

Changing your filter never looked so good.

Your Smart Home system shows your filter status and how many litres remain, so you can stay ahead of replacement.

And when it’s time, changing the filter takes around 15 seconds.

Thoughtful design. Simple maintenance

Seamless from start to finish

Just remember, if you don’t use a water you become the filter…

After 17 marathons, @run_with_jt knows average hydration is not an option.
For runners who take their training seriously, hydration is part of performance, recovery, and identity. Hydroluxe is the upgraded hydration ritual

When you’re logging long runs, chasing PBs, backing up after brutal sessions and pushing your body week after week, what you put into your system matters.

Runners obsess over everything — the shoes, the watch, the gels, the pace, the program, the recovery, the sleep, the split times.

But hydration?
That’s where most people are still playing basic…

Hydroluxe is hydrogen-rich water designed for people who take their body and performance seriously

Hydrogen-rich water is being studied around the world for its role in exercise fatigue, recovery, oxidative stress and performance support — and now it’s becoming part of the conversation for serious runners too!

So the real question is: Are you still hydrating the oldschool way or we’re going to take it up a notch and let’s see if we can beat that PB!

If you’re a parent who’s been told… “that’s just eczema”… I hope this reminds you to keep asking questions

All I kept getting told by doctors was use another steroid cream.

Then I started asking a different question…

What if eczema isn’t just a skin problem?

The deeper I went into the research on the gut-skin axis, the skin microbiome, immune function and environmental health, the more I realised we were asking the wrong question.

So instead of only treating the symptoms, we started looking at everything Roman’s body interacted with every single day.

The water
The food
Pesticide residues on the produce

The products inside our home like candles, laundry detergents etc
Not because I believed one thing would fix everything

But because I believed everything matters!

Health isn’t built by one big decision
It’s built by the thousands of small exposures we repeat every single day.

That belief changed our family.

It also became the reason I built HydroLuxe.

Not to sell water systems.

but to help families create healthier homes by questioning what most people never think twice about.

Never stop asking why.

It changed my son’s life.

It changed mine.

If you want to know exactly where we started, DM me “WATER.”

At HydroLuxe, our vision has always been to integrate wellness into the spaces where we spend most of our time.

Because if we only focus on our health at the beginning or end of the day, are we really giving ourselves the best chance to feel and perform at our best?

Whether you’re building from the office, training at the gym or spending time at home, access to the best water should never be an afterthought.

We want filtered, hydrogen-rich water available wherever your day takes you — supporting better hydration, cognitive function and that extra boost of energy without asking you to change the way you live.

We bring HydroLuxe to you, with a complete white-glove installation service.

So you can focus on your business, without compromising on your health

WE ARE INSIDE PATRICE EVRA’S HOME — AND THIS IS THE WATER HE CHOSE FOR HIS FAMILY

Most people don’t want “better water’
They want to feel better
More switched on
Better hydrated
Sharper through the day
Better supported for training and recovery
Less dependent on bottled water
And more confident about what their family is drinking every single day
That’s where this becomes important
-Fresh hydrogen-rich water on demand
- Filtered drinking water straight from your kitchen
-An effortless hydration upgrade for training and everyday life
-Different electrolysed water settings — including for washing fresh produce
-Less reliance on endless plastic bottles and cans
-One system the whole family can use, every single day
And molecular hydrogen isn’t just another wellness buzzword — it’s an active area of scientific research, including research around exercise, fatigue and oxidative stress
No pills. No powders. No extra habit to remember.
You already drink water
You already cook with it
You already give it to your family
This simply upgrades what’s coming out of your tap.
And once you see what this machine actually does…
ordinary filtered water starts looking pretty basic

If you’re serious about your health like @patrice.evra why are you still drinking ordinary water?

DM HYDRATION and I’ll show you exactly what we installed

IF YOU WANT TO BE THIS SHARP AND HEALTHY AT 90, PREVENTION DOESN’T START AT 90. IT STARTS NOW!

My grandma is 90 years old, takes no regular medication and still has an incredibly sharp mind

For the last 11 years, hydrogen-rich water has been part of her everyday routine

And that’s exactly how I look at longevity

Don’t wait for your health to decline before you start protecting it

Hydration supports your brain, energy, circulation and physical performance, while molecular hydrogen is being researched for its potential role in oxidative stress, inflammation and healthy ageing

The small things you do EVERY DAY compound

Your food
Your movement
Your sleep
Your environment
YOUR WATER

You don’t wait until you’re sick to start caring about your health

PREVENTION IS THE LONGEVITY STRATEGY 🫶🏼

DM LONGEVITY to upgrade the water you and your family drink every single day

Ps give us some love on this reel @antonina2819 a follow and let’s convince her to confess all her tips!

What a weekend at the Aussie Fitness Expo

From meeting some absolute sporting legends (and yes, I had to get the photo with @kwameduah and my beautiful @sveta.raketa ) to spending the weekend with the GOAT crew doing what I genuinely love most — helping people feel and perform better

I jumped in with @thegoatco_ team for the weekend and it was CHAOS in the best possible way

Easily one of the busiest stands at the Expo

People coming through all day to breathe better, feel better and learn how something so simple can impact the way they perform

Then came the ultimate test

One of my friends was competing in the Titan race so obviously we had to get him race ready

GOAT Tape to support better breathing

@hydroluxe.official hydrogen water before and after to support hydration and recovery — particularly when the body is being pushed hard and oxidative stress ramps up

Two completely different tools

One shared philosophy

Help the human body perform better

And THAT is why I loved being part of this weekend so much

HydroLuxe has never just been about water for me

It’s about human health, performance and optimisation — and working alongside other people and brands who genuinely want to help people feel better and get more out of their bodies

Best crew, absolute madness, so much fun

Thank you @ausfitnessexpo and the GOAT crew for having me

Turns out helping people breathe better while keeping the crew seriously hydrated is a pretty good way to spend a weekend
