December 3 years ago, I decided it would be my last season playing overseas. I could still play at a high level but I knew it was time for a change. So I went back to school, put my head down, and grinded out the past few years. It was a tough transition, but I’m grateful for the results in 2024: Master’s degree, certified teacher, nationally certified coach, and a FIBA coaching licence. Forever grateful to my wife who supported me through this wild ride. Same passion just a new journey. Blessings on blessings! by @hypenortmann

Congrats to my friend and client @al_abbass_basketball who went across the water to experience his basketball dreams! Al is the perfect example of someone who truly embodies “Sport for Life”. Doing what you love, building community, all while taking care of your holistic health. The journey is the reward and age shouldn’t be a limiting factor. You are truly an inspiration Al! #basketball #halifax #sportforlife #longevity #truenorthhoops by @hypenortmann
