✨Hi everyone! I’m Ffion - welcome to HyperHer!✨ I’m 17 years old, an apprentice Beauty Therapist living in Swansea, and the proud founder of HyperHer - a platform for girls with ADHD to embrace their unique sparkle.🌟 A little about me: I was born in High Wycombe and moved around a lot due to my Dad serving in the RAF before finally settling in Swansea. From a young age I knew I was different. I struggled in school academically and socially- but I didn’t know why. At 16, I was finally diagnosed with severe ADHD and ODD, just after I sat my exams and left school. For years I channeled my energy into Rhythmic Gymnastics from the age of 10. I absolutely loved it, but after a knee injury that required surgery, I had to retire at 16. It was heartbreaking to say goodbye to the sport I loved but that’s when I discovered pageants - in 2023 I applied for Miss Teen Great Britain and haven’t looked back since! HyperHer is my way of creating the community that I wished I had growing up! by @hyper_her
New things coming soon…. by @hyper_her
Yesterday I had an incredible evening at the Miss Wales Charity Ball 🥹✨ I’m still taking it all in… such a special night filled with amazing people, beautiful moments, and so much support 💫👑 I’m beyond proud to share that my HyperHer initiative was loved and received Highly Commended in the Beauty With a Purpose award 🤍 This means more to me than I can put into words. Everything I’ve worked for, everything HyperHer stands for… it was truly seen tonight. Today… interview and finals 🤍 Feeling so emotional, grateful, and ready to give it my all. Let’s do this 💖 P.S. I think the last slide shows how much fun i’ve had🕺🕺 by @hyper_her
I still can’t believe I’m saying this… I’ve been published for the first time in the debut issue of Ffocws Magazine 🥹✨ When they reached out and asked if they could do a double-page feature on me, I was honestly so flattered. Being part of a brand new magazine and having it launched on St David’s Day makes it even more special — such a proud moment celebrating Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 💚 As a proud Miss Wales finalist, being able to share my story in a Welsh publication like this honestly means the world to me. A huge thank you to Emmj’s Model Management for always believing in me and supporting me every step of the way 💗 And thank you to Stephen Davies, Lloyd Griffiths and Mark Wells for the feature and also a big thank you for David Hopes for submitting my photo which resulted me being featured twice - I’m so grateful to work with such talented people. So grateful, so proud, and still pinching myself. I can’t wait for you all to see it 🦋✨ by @hyper_her

✨ Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) ✨ If you’ve ever felt crushed by criticism, avoided situations because you feared rejection, or pushed yourself to be “perfect” just to be liked… you’re not alone 💕 RSD is super common in ADHD brains — and it can make rejection (real or imagined) feel unbearable. But please remember: 💌 You are not “too much.” 💌 Your sensitivity is not a weakness. 💌 You are still worthy of love, friendship, and success. 💭 You don’t have to fight these feelings alone — there’s a whole community of girls who feel the same. We see you, we get you, and we’ve got you 🌈✨ #HyperHer #ADHDgirls #RejectionSensitivity #ADHDsupport #Neurodivergent by @hyper_her
✨ ADHD isn’t laziness — it’s a brain difference. ✨ Let’s break the stigma and start seeing the truth behind the behaviours. 💡 Struggling to focus doesn’t mean they’re not trying. 💡 Being forgetful isn’t the same as being careless. 💡 Hyperactivity and impulsivity are not signs of disrespect or rudeness. 💡 Talkativeness doesn’t mean they’re attention-seeking. 💡 ADHD brains are different, not broken — and they come with unique strengths. 💪🧠 ❤️ ADHD doesn’t mean they need shame. 💬 It means they need understanding, support, and patience. Let’s lift each other up. #ADHDAwareness #Neurodiversity #HyperHer #SupportNotStigma #ADHDIsReal #MentalHealthMatters by @hyper_her

A little bit about me: I was a rhythmic gymnast and competed in british championships in 2019, Gymnastics was my everything! Only until I had a serious trauma injury that forced me to stop doing what i love🥲 To this day I wish i could still be on that floor doing what I love the most but unfortunately it’s not going to happen and i’ve started coaching! I’ve recently got my level 1 Rhythmic gymnastics coaching qualification and i couldn’t be happier helping girls to reach their goals that i reached or wanted to reach! My gymnastics club have been so supportive since my injury and i couldn’t ask for a better club! @llanellirga Thank you for helping me and supporting me through the thick and thin❤️❤️❤️ i’ve never been happier. Now i’ve found pageants and i’m so grateful to find another i love!!! by @hyper_her
