It’s hard to argue that the fixed gear scene brought fashion brands joining forces with bicycle companies, and elevates bicycle beyond a mere means of transportation or physical exercise. @dosnoventa and @soulgoods_brand blends performance, identity, and heritage through aluminium/carbon Los Angeles track frameset wrapped in signature tiger camo pattern that was derived from ancient Chinese military unit attire. Some say black-on-black colour scheme is overplayed, but we proved that with tinge of colours here and there we can make it very interesting. Shown here is a stealthy black @fairlightcycles Strael 4.0, chased with enough @chriskingbuzz Matte Turquoise parts (R45D hubs, ThreadFit24 bottom bracket, InSet7 headset, and Centerlock lockrings) to take the edge off. This Samson Illusion All-Road is a tribute to the one that get away; a Samson NJS track frame with the exact same colour scheme that the owner sold to Germany 3 years ago. A masterpiece in bilaminate construction from @columbus_official Zona and MAX tubing, we built it with @campagnolosrl Ekar groupset as suggested by the legend @haradatetsuro himself, along with Shamal Carbon wheels shod in @vittoriatires Corsa N.Ext 700x32c, @chriskingbuzz 50th anniversary Matte Gold NoThreadSet 1-1/8” headset, @nitto_handlebar_works UI-12 stem, @simworks Froggy seatpost, @zippspeed dropbar, and @prologo.official Dimension AGX saddle. And if you thought that this story couldn’t get any better, the Samson NJS we mentioned earlier was bought by none other than the original owner/racer’s son in law. After such a long overdue with everything that happened in the world lately, this @brothercycles Stroma finally make it to our Motherland. And by long overdue, we meant half a year late, more than enough to turn our hair white earlier than they were supposed to.
