An important PSA for everyone, in every aspect of their lives!

This is why I love filming! Look at the difference a year makes. I'm so proud of this. YES I've climbed over a year and YES a lot of people are 'far better after a year' but if I let that stop me I'd still be the gal in the first video. So if anyone tries to 💩 on your parade, please tell them to, respectfully, 🖕

Please excuse the potato quality, I don't have the original old file so had to screen record off my old Instagram stories.

5 of us take on the awesome dyno set at Volume 1! Lots of centres have started including these, but we maintain Volume 1 did it first 😄 absolutely love this idea, it's exactly what beginners need and great fun for experienced dyno-ers to compete against each other!

We were so impressed Anthony caught number 3! Soph outdid herself by managing to get 4 and the proper adults were chasing down 8, 9 and the elusive 10.

🥂 Congratulations to the newlyweds, Sophie & Joe! 🥂

It was an absolute pleasure to photograph your wedding day and capture all the moments, emotions and memories along the way.

The day started with bridal preparations at the stunning Greys Court, before heading to York for a beautiful ceremony at The Hospitium in the York Museum Gardens.

But the celebrations didn’t stop there! Our final destination was Red Goat Climbing Wall in York, a perfect reflection of Sophie and Joe and their love of climbing. 🧗‍♀️🧗‍♂️

And, of course, what better way to celebrate than getting everyone involved? Even the father and uncle got involved with a climb… in their wedding attire! 😂

Sophie & Joe, thank you for allowing me to be part of such a brilliant and unforgettable day. I hope you have an amazing life together filled with plenty more adventures, laughter, love and climbing!

First V4 in over a year! I feel like I've finally turned a corner and the ankle saga is "over". Climbing feels more natural again, I'm not stressing about every little move, and I'm back climbing at my previous ability (V3).

Very chuffed to get this climb, especially considering it's a slight overhang. I am definitely strongest on more techy climbs.

I told the gym staff (as I was an excited little nerd) and asked them to guess which V4 it was to see if they thought it was soft and the consensus was it was indeed a proper V4 yay!

Can't believe I'm back here after saying I'd never climb again. Two broken bones, two surgeries, 5 screws and a plate living rent free in my body for a year, an absolute tonne of physio, and probably about £20,000 later here we are 😁

Excited to hopefully one day call myself a V4 climber 🙏🧡

Also absolutely psyched for Blokfest! Not that I'll be super prepared or able to fall fully still, but bring it on.

We haven't done one of these in a while! Join us for some fun antics at Boulderryn, a fairly new climbing gym in Penryn, Cornwall 🪨

We had a great time, even if Soph was in one centre shoe and only allowed on the VBs 😁

This little gem is well worth a visit, be warned it's hard. Great setting, fantastic vibes and tonnes of fun, even on the easier grade climbs. We will be back when Soph can climb properly!

We're back bitches!

Just kidding. Don't copy me! Don't come for me! Had to run up a VB to enter the Hangar 1st bday party.

What's crazy is when they kindly invited us to their pre launch I was in a cast, and now for their 1st birthday I'm back recovering again, hopefully for the last time 🤞

One more year and this saga should be over. Very excited to make a full comeback again.

Climbs were fun. Will take anything right now!

(engaged) deadhang challenge! Refuse to lose all my strength whilst off climbing this time.

Props to everyone telling me to engage them bendy shoulders.

Start time: 50 seconds
End of year goal: 2 minutes

13 months to the day since I broke my ankle & leg bones in an unfortunate climbing incident and I'm one day post second op and once again off bouldering wah.

It's been a crazy 13 months. Yesterday I had a second surgery to remove the 5 screws and plate which have been holding my bones together whilst they healed from the multiple bad breaks.

Hopefully this is finally the end of this saga. I'm hoping for less daily pain, more range of movement, and to not be so terrified climbing in the future (I can dream).

Surgery went amazing, unlike the first one. Big shout out to Winchester ortho ward staff for all being incredible and not shoving drugs in me against my will, really made a big difference 😁

Was in and out of surgery and conscious within an hour, and back home a few hours after that. No issues, no drama, no nasty painkillers messing with me whilst also not providing any relief.

I walked immediately and am in very little pain 🥰 can't ask for much more than that!

Next step - dressing removal & x-ray in 2 weeks, physio and back to the wall, ready to get some boulders in ahead of our wedding 💍 by @hyperclimbers
