Happy Friday guys! This was my workout today🔥
I did a 4km run followed by a lower body strength circuit.

One thing I’ve loved seeing more of this year is the girls embracing heavier weights in their workouts. Watching everyone get stronger, build confidence and I reckon we’ve seen the biggest results physically overall as well. I’m a big believer that the best results come from cross training.

🏋🏼‍♀️ Strength training to create shape & get stronger
🏃🏼‍♀️ Running to build endurance & cardiovascular health
🤍 Mat work to target those smaller muscle groups & work on that deep core strength and stability that is especially needed after having a baby.

Every style of training has its place, and that’s exactly why we incorporate it all here at Hyper 🤍

We are currently offering an intro pass for $39 which gives you unlimited access to our classes for 2 WEEKS!
GIRLS GET IN HERE BEFORE SUMMER☀️

Such a fun morning with @mini_movement_co 👶🏼🩷

Thanks to MM for creating the cutest little play gym setup, keeping the kids entertained while Mum gets some well deserved time to workout! That core work today 🔥

We love creating a space where you can bring your little one & still get that workout in. Whether they are in the pram next to you, playing, eating or sleeping - anything goes 🤣

My baby girl Myla is two next month & it’s made me reflect on the journey I’ve been on myself as a trainer.

Postpartum recovery isn’t about getting your “old body back” but I want you to know you can want to feel confident again & create an even stronger version of her! It takes time to rediscover yourself, to rebuild your strength & feel more like yourself again! Postpartum for me was so much harder than pregnancy itself. It’s the exhaustion, the self-doubt, the days you barely recognise yourself & I had so many moments where I wondered if I’ll ever feel like myself again.

There are nearly two years between these two clips, and I want you to really take that in because healing, rebuilding & becoming the strongest version of yourself doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time, patience, consistency, discipline and a whole lot of grace along the way BUT it can be done.

This transformation is the result of showing up for myself over and over again BUT I’m so lucky to have done it around so many amazing women at the studio everyday, even on the days when it felt f****** impossible to get there. One day at a time. One choice at a time.

So, if you’re in the thick of postpartum right now, struggling to find yourself again or watching someone you love go through it… please remember this: You haven’t lost yourself. You’re finding your way back to an even stronger version, if you want to do the work 🤍

Keep showing up for YOU. Trust the process. Give yourself grace. Your future self will thank you for never giving up on her🫶🏼
