Till the end of December (longer, if needed!), I am going to watch as many Jane Austen adaptations that I can get my filthy little hands on. Most will be rewatches, but I'm hoping to find some obscure/lesser known versions, too. At the end of the month, I will rank them all.

What does the name mean? Sometimes neurodivergent folk will have what's called a hyperfixation on an interest, and one of mine is films. I also like puns, so here we are.

My name is Caro, and as well as being AuDHD as fuck, I'm also living with chronic illness and disability. Some days, a good film can be just the thing to cheer me up.

Sophie Thompson destroys the role of Mary (in a good way), which requires hyperbole, and Amanda Root is MY Anne Elliot, which requires subtlety until it doesn't.

The only thing I would change is maybe giving the lovers some shade to stand in when they declare their feelings. Knightly has to squint a lot ...but its a small complaint. 😜 by @hyperflixate

@movieworldaus looks wonderful at night. We had the best service from park staff today, but a special shout out to the staff at Stars Terrace for being amazing. Not only was the service friendly and personable, the servings were incredibly generous and delish 🥰

One of the most beautiful looking films one could see (apart from pig balls), plus it has an incredible soundtrack that you could listen to independent from the film and still enjoy.
