WHEN THE DEVIL STOLE GODZILLA'S HEART.

Before RB swaps became common, one builder imagined what Nissan never produced.

Long before RB26 swaps became one of the most recognizable Z modifications, a Japanese builder ( Hiroshi Kumagai (熊谷浩一) asked a simple question:

What if Nissan had given the S130 Fairlady Z the heart of the Skyline GT-R?
The result wasn't just another engine swap.
It was an attempt to merge two completely different legends into one machine.
One chassis built for grand touring.
And one engine designed to terrorize

The philosophy behind this build is surprisingly restrained.
Rather than turning the S130 into a race car, the goal was to create something that still felt like a Fairlady Z but with the performance potential of Nissan's most famous inline engine. Let's take a look 👀📲

(Engine and Interior)

This page really showcases how complete the conversion really is.
Unlike many engine swaps that focus only on raw horsepower, this build was engineered as an entire package.

The RB26DETT was dropped in with
the supporting systems that were upgraded alongside it.

Highlights include:
• RB26DETT twin-turbo inline-six
• R33 GT-R transmission
• Power FC engine management
• Recaro bucket seats
• Roll bar
• Performance braking system
• Coilover suspension
• 18-inch wheels

Think of it like replacing the heart in an athlete.
Installing a stronger heart helpsbut if the lungs, muscles, and skeleton can't keep up, the body still reaches its limit.

This Fairlady follows the opposite philosophy.
Every supporting system was upgraded to match the new engine.

Final Thoughts

One detail that stood out to me wasn't the RB26.
It was the restraint.
The S130 has often lived in the shadow of the original S30.

Many builders try to erase its identity.
This car does the absolute opposite.
It embraces the S130's smoother lines and larger body while carefully integrating modern GT-R performance underneath.

The result doesn't feel like an RB26 wearing an S130 body.
It still feels like an authentic Fairlady Z just one that evolved into something Nissan never officially built.

PONTIAC FIREBIRD 2ND GEN
Tune Assessment + Remote Locking Installation

After working on this client’s 3rd Gen Firebird, he trusted us with something a little more special.. his black 2nd Gen daily driver.

The original plan was to assess the carburettor tune and ignition setup. Once everything checked out nicely, we moved on to a small modernisation that makes a big difference: remote central locking.

These cars came from factory with central locking operated from inside the cabin or by turning the key, so adding remote access keeps the classic feel intact while making the car much easier to live with every day.

A clean, simple upgrade for a seriously cool daily-driven Firebird.
