ANNOUNCEMENT

After countless hours of deliberation and soul searching the time has come to project our realisation surrounding the future of HYPHA.

With the pinch of the current economic outlook in the UK, we have been struggling to come to terms with the give and take for our guests in the restaurant. With soaring costs of outgoings for the business, our current model leaves us at a high price point for our guests. Unfortunately to continue to operate at the level of service and gastronomy that we desire; that price point would need to increase even further, something we do not want to engage in.

With this, to preserve the integrity of what we hold dear, we have decided to close our doors for the current time and re-evaluate how we can give the public the product we want at a more accessible price.

We are so proud of everything we have achieved and how many gigantic obstacles we have overcome since opening in 2019 but the time has come for us to go into hibernation for the economic winter that is approaching.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to all our guests past and present, every member of the team that has given so much of their passion and enthusiasm to our project and to the likes of @michelinguide for supporting our philosophies and ideas on a worldwide scale.

We will take this time to work on new projects and to develop a way to reimagine HYPHA in a different time, location and execution. Keeping our soul philosophies in place.

To anyone that has an existing reservation with us, a member of the team will be in touch ASAP to arrange alternative measures.

Malpas grown tomatoes from @veg.and.petals, lacto-fermented ketchup, walnut pesto and fennel granita served with a black garlic corn cake & BBQ tomato consommé.
