HYPHEN — El viaje de Nicole.

Cuando Nicole le revela a su amiga de la infancia y prima, Reine, que ha sido adicta a la heroína desde los 13 años, deciden documentar su proceso de rehabilitación. Hyphen sigue su lucha por salir al mundo como adulta y mujer hecha y derecha, a pesar de la falta de oportunidades económicas y una educación cultural tóxica que enseña a las jóvenes a suprimir sus ideas y su sexualidad, y a seguir un conjunto de reglas religiosas y culturales.

Un documental íntimo y valiente sobre la amistad, la adicción y la resiliencia.

Dirigida por Reine Razzouk — cineasta, guionista y directora asistente libanesa. Graduada en Audiovisual y con una maestría en Dirección Cinematográfica por la ALBA en Beirut, ha trabajado con directores como Ziad Doueiri, Mira Nair y Abdelrahman Sissako. También ha colaborado en los videos musicales oficiales del Mundial de Fútbol 2022 y con el Doha Film Institute.

Seleccionado para la octava edición del Quibdó África Film Festival 2026.
