HE'S FINALLY HERE!! ✨✨

After nearly two years of progress I can finally show you my Consul N cosplay from Xenoblade 3!!! This has for sure been my most ambitious project so far 🥹🥹

Every single foam piece (there are over 300!!) had to be crafted precisely so they would fit together in the end. They took a lot of effort to pattern as I tried to adjust my shilouette to the character! I also tested out a ton of new attachment methods, worked with LEDs for the first time and sewed my first full (and panelled) bodysuit!
It's been such a crazy journey, thank you so much to everyone who kept cheering me on for all these months 😭🤎

I'm really in love with the overall look of this build. And while there are still lots of things that I want to improve, I also finally feel like all the hard work has started to pay off 😭🤎

This is hands down my favourite photo of my Kayley cosplay 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ (please please swipe to see the full pic!) Thank you so much @yneishii for the gorgeous work behind the camera!!

I can't believe it's already been a full year since I made this costume. Even tho it looks quite simple at first glance I reeeally wanted to give it a medieval vibe so I hand stitched every single seam! Sitting on a park bench on a sunny spring day sewing my childhood heroes clothes was such a wonderful experience ✨

Call him Pepsi, Colgate or whatever but this design was so much fun to craft! I'm still very proud of the patterning and all of the new techniques I learned for this ✨ I really need a reason to wear him again 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

Am I late to the Mario Party? 💖

SURPRISE! I crunched out a new cosplay to celebrate the Super Mario Galaxy Movie release - and most importantly, to surprise my dear @aeviann_cosplay who just finished her gorgeous Rosalina cosplay ☺️🩷

This is my first ever dress (I know!!) and I underestimated the amount of time and fabric it requires just a bit! Buuut now I can't wait to wear Peach and feel all princess-y 💖

We all know that a flashy armor build looks cool af, but you know what makes it even better? Fitting underclothes!
For my Consul N cosplay from Xenoblade 3 I decided to make this entire bodysuit from scratch. Even though most of it would be covered by the armor later, it makes suuuch a huge difference for the overall look!!

After these pics were taken, I weathered the silver parts to really match the rest of the cosplay. And I even wrapped some of my foam pieces in the bodysuit fabrics to visually merge both layers!

"I'm the divine dragon!"

...and I'm still sad that we never got an actual dragon transformation for Alear in the game 🥲
On the other hand, we got to enjoy this... interesting...character design a tad longer 🤣 It has surprisingly grown on me quite a lot, and bringing it to live has been a lot of fun!!
