1:20:00 - my best till now.
1 year of training. 8 minutes faster.
Not happy. Not sad.
Couldn’t control my HR and I know there’s more in me.

They came to me as beginners.
Nervous. Doubting.
Some of them going to be 50 soon , some of them 50+.
They left Delhi as HYROX Finishers.
10 pictures.

stories.
grit.

No DNFS. No DQS.
Just 10+ finish lines crossed.
And 1 podium moment that made us all cry

From 39 breaths to 31. From sweating 1.4L/hr to learning how to breathe through it. This wasn’t luck, it was protocol.

From zero to racing in just 1 year.

Yesterday at Tuffman 10.5K -
4th in age category

13th out of 3483 runners
47:43 for 10.5K

46 seconds away from podium.
But I got something bigger.

My dream was to crack 10K in 45 minutes.
And yesterday, I finally did it.

This was only my 3rd official 10.5K.
And my best till date.

Not done yet. Sub 43 min 10K loading...
On to the next.
