.

Day 16 of Inktober! Wow, I honestly didn’t expect myself to stick with it this long 🫣 But thank goodness, and hopefully I’ll make it all the way to the end of the month! 🤓✨

Anyway, today’s prompt is “Gangly.” I struggled quite a bit with today’s drawing. I was going to draw Dobby, but he’s skinny, yes, just not really tall. 😂 So I started thinking about the magical creatures and tall, slender characters in Harry Potter, and then I remembered this mysterious and absolutely fascinating magical creature: the Thestral! 🖤

Thestrals are one of the most mysterious magical creatures, and they hold a special place in my heart. I can’t help feeling sad whenever I see them. 🥺😞

Thestrals are winged, horse-like magical creatures with skeletal black bodies, bat-like wings, and white eyes with no visible pupils. They can only be seen by those who have witnessed death and truly understood it. Despite their frightening appearance, they’re gentle and intelligent creatures, and they’re not inherently evil. 🦇✨

.

Today’s prompt from the Harry Potter challenge by @thewitchwithscarletheart is “Your Patronus.” I drew myself with my Patronus, which is a cat! 🐈‍⬛✨

I’m SO happy that my Patronus turned out to be a cat! 🥹✨🩵 And I’m really happy with how the drawing turned out too. It looks so pretty and full of light! 🥹✨ The funny thing is, I drew it while I was angry and in the worst mood ever. 🤓💔😂

Let me know what you think! Do you like the drawing? 🩵✨

.

Today’s Inktober prompt is “Lady,” so I drew the Grey Lady from Harry Potter! 🩵

Man, she’s such a mysterious, tragic, and complex character. I honestly want to dive deeper into her story and learn more about her past and why she became a ghost, just like Moaning Myrtle. 🥹

I wanted to paint her in the style of old oil paintings, but it didn’t turn out quite the way I imagined. Still, I don’t think the final result is too bad! And she looks SO much prettier in person than in photos. 🥹🩵

Let me know what you think! Do you like my drawing? ✨

.
Today’s Inktober prompt is “Flimsy”, so I chose the scene from Harry Potter where Lockhart was “trying” to fix Harry’s broken arm, only to mess it up and remove his bones altogether 😭😂
I really enjoyed drawing today’s piece, especially since I felt like I was forcing myself to draw for the last two pieces 🤓💔

Let me know what you think! Did you like it? 🥹✨

.

Is anyone else feeling like this year’s Inktober prompts are kinda underwhelming? 🙂 I feel like they just threw this year’s prompt list together without much effort or creativity 😭 Or is it just me?

Today’s prompt was “Toss,” and I wasn’t feeling it, so I switched to a Harry Potter prompt instead from @thewitchwithscarletheart ! Today’s prompt is “Professor Lupin” 🥹✨ I feel like he’s one of the most underrated characters, even though he has such a lovely, charming, and comforting personality. I love him so much! 😭❤️

Who’s your favorite professor at Hogwarts? 👀✨

.

.
I gave up on today’s Inktober challenge because none of my drawings turned out right, no matter how hard I tried. 😭💔 So, I decided to draw Hermione’s Time-Turner instead! ⏳✨ from @thewitchwithscarletheart prompt

More than anything, I wish I could go back in time, make better choices, meet the right people, and undo my mistakes. 😔 But maybe my mistakes and the wrong people I’ve met will help me become a better person someday. 🥹❤️

If you had Hermione’s Time-Turner, would you go back and change anything, or accept everything that happened and the lessons you learned from it? ⏳✨

.

I SWEAR, I don’t even know how I managed to finish this drawing or how it actually turned out okay because it looked SO UGLY at first 😭💔 I kept trying and trying to make it work, and I told myself, “I’ll keep going until it’s time for work. If it’s still not working by then, I’m giving up and there won’t be a post today.” 🤓💔 BUT THANKFULLY, I stuck with it and somehow managed to save it! ✨

Today’s Inktober prompt is “Mystical” ✨🩵 And the first thing that came to mind was Harry’s Patronus in the Forbidden Forest because, like, it’s SO magical, mysterious, and fascinating and all that stuff, YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN? Like✨✨✨✨✨..

So, what do you guys think of the final result? It’s not perfect, but I’m happy with it! 🥹🩵 Especially because I discovered some new coloring techniques on my own while working on it. Honestly, I started feeling like my hands had some magic of their own too 🤓✨🩵🩵

.

You know what? Today I was this close to skipping the challenge because I honestly didn’t care about anything. I’ve been feeling depressed and fed up with life since yesterday, with absolutely no motivation to do anything! 🫩 But when I woke up, the first thing I thought about was how I was going to draw today’s prompt and where to start. I completely forgot about how I was feeling, and I feel like I released so much pent-up energy while drawing. Thankfully, I’m feeling a little better now. 🥹❤️
Anyway, moving on! Today’s Inktober drawing is, once again, a little Harry Potter-themed.

Today’s Inktober prompt is “Ram”, which can refer to a male sheep, but it can also mean to crash into something with force! 🐏💥 So, of course, I chose the second meaning and drew the scene where Harry and Ron crash Mr. Weasley’s flying car into the Whomping Willow! 🚙✨❤️

What do you think of the drawing? I feel like my style looks a little unusual in this one, but I still love it! ✨

.

Today I skipped the Inktober prompt and decided to do a prompt from @thewitchwithscarletheart ’s challenge list instead because I wasn’t really feeling today’s prompt. At the same time, I really wanted to connect this year’s Inktober with Harry Potter because… why not? 🤓✨

Anyway, today’s prompt was “Potions Class.” If I were a student at Hogwarts, this would definitely be my favorite class after Herbology 😌🌱✨ Especially since Snape would be my professor 🥹✨🤭

Anyway, what do you guys think of my drawing? I’m honestly really proud of this one! ✨

.

Today I combined the Inktober challenge with the Harry Potter challenge again 🤓✨

Today’s Inktober prompt was “Panic”, while the Harry Potter challenge @thewitchwithscarletheart prompt was “The Forbidden Forest” 🌲✨ So of course, I had to draw Harry and Ron in the Forbidden Forest, with Ron absolutely terrified of the spiders 😂🕷️

I drew the scene where, after their conversation with Aragog, Ron says his iconic line: “Can we panic now?” 😂

I worked on this drawing from 10 AM until 2:30 PM, and thankfully I managed to finish it before my shift 😭🙏🏻

I’m honestly so happy with how it turned out 🥹🤎 Although I couldn’t quite get Ron’s terrified expression right in the bottom drawing 😭😂 but hopefully I’ll keep working on facial expressions and get better at them in the future!

What do you guys think of the drawing? 👀✨

And today’s question: What are you most afraid of? Spiders like Ron? 😂🕷️ Or something else? ✨🤓
Tell me in the comments! 👇🏻

.

Even though I’m tired and sick today, I still got up and drew for you guys 🥹🤎 This is my drawing for Day 6 of Inktober, and today’s prompt was “Ogre.” And of course, I don’t even need to say which one I drew 😂 — the troll from the first Harry Potter movie when he attacked Hermione in the bathroom!

Honestly, if you had seen the beginning of this drawing, I was SO close to giving up and abandoning it 😭 But I told myself I’d stick with it and keep trying until I got it right… and it turned out AMAZINGGG 😭✨

Now tell me, what do you guys think of the drawing? 👀🤎

.

Today I skipped the Inktober prompt because today’s prompt was “smack” and honestly, the smack was supposed to be directed at my manager’s face, not turned into a drawing challenge 😭😂

So instead, I decided to do a prompt fro‪@thewitchwithscarletheart‬rt ‘s list: “Your favorite magical creature.” And of course, the Hippogriff is my absolute favorite magical creature 🥹✨ Especially after the first time I saw one in Harry Potter, when Harry flew on Buckbeak. 🥹🤎

What’s your favorite magical creature? 👀✨
