The Evolution of “Jack In!! Mega Man, Power Up!”

When I was a little kid living in Puerto Rico, my first introduction to Mega Man wasn’t through a video game but instead a show called Mega Man NT Warrior. I was fascinated by its art style and the overall concept of a digital companions in little devices serving people always had me in awe.

Many years later, I’ve bought the Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection, and I instantly became in love with it. It’s quite possibly one of my favorite video game series. Anyways, when I heard that Brad Swaile who did Lan Hikari in the show was gonna be attending this year’s MegaCon, I knew I had to meet him and to do the iconic line, of course. For Everlasting Peace! 💙

Welp, here I am. The Big 20.

Honestly, I’m surprised that I’ve made it this far but of course, grateful to still be here. Especially with the family and friends who have stuck around with me for so long. MegaCon Orlando 2026

Honestly my favorite con experience than the previous years. I got to spend time with my homies and had the pleasure of meeting many people that have either inspired me throughout the years or overall enjoyed their work such as Brad Swaile (the voice of Light Yagami and Lan Hikari), @thatjoekelly (co-creator of Ben 10), @kyledhiggins (writer of Immortal Legend Batman), and the goat @johnnyyongbosch (Adam from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers also voice of Ichigo and Dante). Overall, an amazing time.

We are seriously starting off this year with a reunion between two best friends.

No, but seriously it was honestly great to catch up with @ewokinparadise after moving away since August and we had a ton of fun hanging out around the Lakeland Square Mall. Hope we can do this again sometime. by @i.daniel27

MegaCon Orlando 2025, as expected it’s always great to see the guests and cosplays; it was also great to meet Todd McFarlane (co-creator of Venom and creator of Spawn), he was super cool! Also, I guess one of my best friends is Mr. Knight.
