The Vocal Take That Broke Me… and Healed Me. In today’s brand-new episode of Reinventing Rumbley, Andi and I go deep into one of the most intense moments of my music career — the day I recorded a vocal that nearly destroyed my voice… and decades later, healed a part of me I didn’t even know was still grieving. I sang for 12½ hours straight. I couldn’t speak for three days. The producer pushed me harder than anyone ever had — and the result? One of the best performances of my life. But the real moment came years later… 🎧 When I heard that song again… I cried. Because when you lose something spectacular, that imposter syndrome creeps in: “Maybe I wasn’t that good…” “Maybe I was just lucky…” “Maybe they were right to move on without us…” But hearing that vocal again? It was a reminder: We were great. We DID the work. They took it away — not because we weren’t talented, but because the record label was folding. This episode is emotional, raw, nostalgic, and honestly… one of my favorites we’ve ever recorded. 💥 FULL EPISODE IS LIVE TODAY! Watch the short, then dive into the complete conversation. If you’ve ever doubted your gifts or felt robbed of a moment you earned — this one’s for you. 👉 Watch the full episode → https://youtu.be/t9Sc2LrjAHg #ReinventingRumbley #PopStarStories #WomenInMusic #StudioLife #VocalRecording #ImposterSyndrome #90sGirlGroup #MusicIndustryTruths #ReinventionJourney #NewEpisode #PodcastDrop #HealingThroughArt #i5popgroup by @i5gals

🎤✨ Our First “HOLY SH*T… We’re Famous” Moment 🤯 Ever wonder what it really feels like the first time a crowd sings YOUR lyrics back to you? This clip from Wednesday’s episode took me straight back… 🎶 We were on tour with LFO, wearing our iconic Crown Five headsets (the OG Britney Spears mics 😂), in-ear monitors in, butterfly stomachs ON… and then— 🌟 The lights came up. 🌟 A packed theater of kids started singing our song. 🌟 And I thought: “HOLY SH*T. We made it.” It was the exact moment I felt like a rock star. Not because of the stage… or the costumes… But because people were singing the words we wrote. And yes — we spill some behind-the-scenes tea about our vocal coach, Doc Holiday (En Vogue, Britney… we discuss 👀). If you love pop-star nostalgia, 90s/2000s touring stories, girl-group chaos, and reinvention… this episode is your jam. 🎧🔥 💥 Full episode drops Wednesday! Hit subscribe so you don’t miss it. 👉 Good chats with the incredibly talented Andi McCormack: Reinventing Rumbley: Inappropriately, Appropriate-bit.ly/rumbley-podcast #ReinventingRumbley #PopStarStories #TourLife #LFO #90sGirlGroup #HolyShitMoment #WomenInMusic #BehindTheScenes #i5girls #MusicIndustryStories #RockstarMoment #ReinventionJourney #i5popgroup by @i5gals

🎤✨ Dirty Secrets of Touring You Never Hear About… Pop-star life? Glamorous? TRY AGAIN. 😂 In this week’s episode of Reinventing Rumbley, Andi and I spill one of the grossest (and funniest) memories from our touring days — including: 👉 Me removing her dreadlocks on the tour bus 👉 Spraying Febreeze on her scalp because sweaty dreads on the road are NO JOKE 👉 Discovering… yep… mold in her hair 😳 👉 And why we would NEVER let our daughters do half the things we did back then The real behind-the-scenes truth: touring is NOT glamorous. No laundry. No privacy. No clue what day it is. Just memories, chaos, and stories we probably shouldn’t tell — but are absolutely telling. 💥 Full episode drops Wednesday! If you love pop-star nostalgia, unfiltered stories, and laughing at our questionable life choices… you’re going to LOVE this one. 👇 Watch the Short now and subscribe so you don’t miss the full episode. 👉Be sure to subscribe! #ReinventingRumbley #TourLife #PopStarStories #BehindTheScenes #90sGirlGroup #TourBusLife #WomenInMusic #DirtySecretsOfTouring #Reinvention #Storytime #PodcastClip #MoldyDreads #i5popgroup by @i5gals

The first time we heard our song on the radio… We were on tour with LFO, rolling up to House of Blues, when the DJ said: “The girls of i5 are in town.” And then Distracted started playing. We froze. Goosebumps. Tears. Screaming. That moment was everything. Girls in the crowd singing our lyrics back to us? Unreal. Life-changing. Right up there with having kids. 👉 Watch the full episode → https://bit.ly/Ep9-Reinventing-Rumbley #i5 #ReinventingRumbley #BehindTheMusic #PopGirlGroup #HouseOfBlues #i5popgroup by @i5gals

You don’t have time to worry about who feels uncomfortable when you’re being yourself. That’s not your job. Your real job? To listen to yourself. To bloom with all the powers you have within. To honor your joy, your truth, your voice. Being yourself is a full-time job—and you’re hired. Stop shrinking. Stop apologizing. Start living out loud. Let them adjust to your light. Huge shoutout to my lovely @talbvincent for being the most honest and shiny star 🌟 I know . Your light reflects on all of us . I love you so very much 💓💓💓💓💓 @i5gals thank you for always encouraging to just be the wonderful stars we can be. #LateBloomerBestLife #UnapologeticallyMe #BloomAnyway #AuthenticityIsPower #SelfLoveJourney #ConfidenceIsYourJob Production @talbvincent Makeup @michaelvincentacademy @barbaradanielle.art photography @alec at @michaelvincentacademy by @i5gals
