40 pounds ago, I cried.
I doubted myself.
I had so many days where I thought, “I’m never going to be able to do this.”

There were days I wanted to quit.
Days I wanted to eat everything in sight.
Days I told myself I was okay staying where I was because changing felt impossible.💕

Now, I look back at those pictures and barely recognize the woman who thought she couldn’t do it.
