True growth and healing to me is when you don’t understand the why but you don’t question the process because you know it’s apart of your journey to living and learning, learning that people will indeed fail you but forgive them anyway , and move accordingly. It’s realizing that when you release control and the idea of how things should be, that’s when GOD is able to do his greatest work. I’ve learned to appreciate and accept the bad just as much as good because that is where the lesson and the blessing is , I’ve also become aware that everything is a test so that’s how I’m able to not take things personally or to heart but more so what is this teaching me and how should I respond or do it even deserve one . I’ve learned so much life is truly the greatest teacher if you shift your mindset and perspective. by @i_amchaley

How you speak to yourself matters. You can’t expect people to love you in ways you haven’t learned to love yourself.

When you know your worth, you move different. You stop accepting the bare minimum, stop making excuses for people, and stop holding onto things that don’t feel right just because you don’t want to let go.

Love yourself enough to know what you deserve, set boundaries, and walk away when something no longer aligns with you.
