You live this life once, and it's not your fault for what you grew up in and through, but it's your fault where you finish. As for me, I know where im going, and it's no easy path, but I know it's the path that God is leading me on. I have a purpose, and not only am I showing my son what life can be, Im proving to myself I can do the hard things and become someone I've only seen in my dreams. by @i_just_thrive

Another year, and I'm compelled how my mother admires who I am. When all I can see is a young beautiful woman moved from her home in Mexico when she was 16 to pour into 6 children as a stay at home mom. She dedicated her life to us in hopes of seeing us become great. Every time she sees me, I can see her admiration, but even with the loss of her husband and in the moment, a single rose, her favorite flower, was given to her as his body was being carried away from their home, she remained quiet, calm and still. She is the strongest woman I know, and she admires me... She is my reason I stay after getting kicked down to get back up and be better. Why I walk into the unknown and figure it out. Why I choose to be better when the mirror is put in front of me. I stay uncomfortable and tired, and I sacrifice my time with my son to pour into a business I know is a true key to achieving my greatness she already knows I am. She's the true warrior I can only wish to be. I will figure this out and become what she sees in her baby girl. I will become great before you leave this world we're both in together...I love you, mom. by @i_just_thrive

I’ve used food to cope.
When I was stressed, sad, or overwhelmed — I’d turn to it for comfort.

But lately, I’ve realized it’s time to heal that relationship. Not by restricting or judging myself… but by learning to listen, to nourish, and to trust my body again. 💛

I’m starting this journey of healing my relationship with food — and I want to bring you along with me.

I don’t have it all figured out, but I’m choosing to show up with grace, curiosity, and faith that real change starts with honesty. 🙏🏽

Here’s to healing, one mindful meal at a time. 🌸

✨ Your environment is a mirror of your mind. ✨
The space you wake up to, the energy you allow around you, the people you surround yourself with — they all reflect the state of your inner world.

If it feels cluttered, heavy, or draining, it’s a signal to pause and realign. When you nurture your environment with intention, peace, and order, you give your mind permission to breathe and thrive. 🌱

Protect your space. Protect your peace. Because your environment isn’t just where you live — it’s how you live. 💫

2025 is going to be a winning year. Leaving nothing on the table and taking everything. Health, business, family, in life. You see me happy. It was God, and He continues to lead me. I'll see you at the top!

So grateful to be a part of my running family. It's one thing to run on your own, but it's so much better to have a community to share it with. Thanks to our young one, Sophia, to keep us in the trends! Lol. Ready to do the next Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving, new PR 1min! 😆

This weekend was an incredible experience that submerged me into a deeper connection with my one and only King. My one and only Heavenly Father. My experience at Hearts of Beauty was exactly what my heart was searching for. This is only a small window of what this experience was. I pray for many more with many more. #heartsofbeauty #faith #kingofkings by @i_just_thrive
