As a part of raising Men’s Health awareness and prostate cancer Awareness in the month of November which is internationally called as Movember, we will be raising funds for the needy cancer patients by running a 100 kms Run in November Month.

Request you to kindly support/spread the word in the community for the benefit of the Patients out of the Movember cause.

You will be influencers/Ambassadors and the helping hands in driving the donations through your activities like Runs/cycling/swims.

It’s not about how much we give but how much we love we put into giving.

Every good act is charity and together, we can do so much 💙.

The Ray of Sunshine Foundation raised ₹2.6 lakhs through individual contributions and donations for Movember 2025. These funds were donated to 5 prostate cancer patients who are below poverty line and seeking treatment at MNJ Cancer Hospital.

We thank each and every one of you that contributed to this cause.

As Helen Keller said, “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much”, let’s join hands to help those in need.

No one has ever become poor from giving.

Movember La Ultra 2025 :

100kms Run from Hyderabad to Suryapet to raise awareness about prostate cancer and men’s health has been successfully completed 🥳🙏

The Run went safe, Fun and to be the most memorable one.

Every Runner has contributed their miles and support and showed the camaraderie towards the cause.

My deep gratitude and heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported the Run.

We have raised funds around 2.10 laks for now and looking forward till November 30th.

Presented by Ray of Sunshine Foundation, supported by Klerv and Sorgen, this cause was supported by Saanvika, Telangana RUNNERS, Hyderabad Runners and a few running communities from the city. by @i_run_nick

Some finish lines feel less like an end and more like a breakthrough 🏁✨. Leading up to race day, life was a blur of deadlines ⏳, late nights 🌙, and a kind of tiredness that seeps into your bones. With barely a couple of hours of rest before the start, every signal from my body said, “not today.”

The first few kilometers felt like running on fumes 🏃‍♂️💨. By mid-race, there was a point where everything seemed on the verge of collapse 😵. But that’s the thing about running—it forces you to dig deeper 💪. You push past the voice that says quit and suddenly discover a strength you didn’t know was there 🔥.

Crossing the line in 1:29:09 ⏱️ wasn’t just about breaking the 90-minute barrier. Finishing 41st overall out of 10,638 runners 🌍 and 7th in my age category out of 1,740🏆 made the effort even more meaningful. It was about proving that we are always greater than our excuses 🙅‍♂️, stronger than our fatigue ⚡, and bigger than our circumstances 🌪️. Sometimes, the magic doesn’t wait for calm and perfect moments—it happens right in the middle of chaos.

Grateful to the Wipro Bengaluru Marathon organizers 🙌🏽 for creating such a seamless, energetic event 🎉. The energy of the city and the crowd made every step worth it ❤️. It feels good to be back 🏃‍♀️.

From Chill Run to Podium Fun....
Surprise Finish at Puma Nitro 10K on April 13th! 🏁🥈

Wait…
what just happened?!
Signed up for the Puma Nitro 10K thinking it’d just be a chill race-day simulation before the big one — TCS World 10K — and boom… podium finish! 🏆

I went in with zero expectations 🙅‍♀️ Just wanted to run strong, pace myself right, and get those pre-race feels ✨ The plan? Totally nailed it ✅ Felt solid from start to finish 🏃‍♀️💨

The course ended up being 900m short 📏 but hey, I wasn’t about to let that cheat me out of a PB — so I went ahead and clocked the full 10K on my watch ⌚ And guess what? 2nd runner up!! 🥈 Still wrapping my head around it 🤯

This little surprise just gave me a massive confidence boost before race day. Let’s gooo!!
