I can't really even put this feeling into words. I won't even try to.

Girls, I love you both. Thank you for this memory. ❤️👽🛸 taken in Chattanooga Convention Center by @i_trainpeople

This is why I do this sh*t. A pro card, trophies, overall titles, those are all amazing of course. A moment like this though, will be carried in my heart until the day I stop breathing. ❤️ @sosbornefit thank you for choosing me to be on this journey with you.

Think bands are only for warm-ups? Here, the band adds extra resistance and helps maintain control and tension throughout the movement. But it doesn’t replace proper technique, progressive overload, or working weight.

👇 taken in Chicago, Illinois by @i_trainpeople

This woman has literally never stepped on stage and walked off empty handed. 😁🏆🏅@kotova_ox_fit

1st show @phoenix.productions1 2nd place 🥈
2nd show @katelane.ffproductions 1st place 🥇
3rd show @npcillinois 1st place and overall 🏆
4th show @garyudit North Americans 4th place
5th show @amateurolympia 5th place

This was her 1st year as an NPC Fit Model competitor and she has placed top 5 every single time. As a 40yr old mother of a beautiful daughter and wife of a very supportive husband, I would say this was an EXTREMELY productive rookie year. 🙏🫶❤️

5 years…

From dead last in masters 35 at a regional show to overall winner in masters 40 and a pro card in my third national level show.

Just start. Suck. Work hard. Be patient. Get better.

Stop worrying about looking stupid or what other people will think or say. None of that matters, work on your damn self 🫶🏽

That’s all 🤙🏻
