DESIGNED BY THEM 🖤

How much of who we are is actually our own choice?

This song is about the dreams we buried, the versions of ourselves we abandoned, and the lives we never got to live because someone else decided what was best for us.

Sometimes, the hardest part of growing up is realizing you’ve been living someone else’s life.

DESIGNED BY THEM 🖤

Sometimes the people who love you are the same ones who try to shape you into someone you’re not.

This song is about the pressure of living up to expectations, the dreams we sacrifice to please others, and the struggle of finding our own identity.

Because love shouldn’t mean losing yourself.

I was born to be me, not who you designed me to be. taken in Kuwait City by @iabzyi

DESIGNED BY THEM 🖤 available on all platforms

A song about growing up being told who to be, what to love, and how to live. About losing pieces of yourself trying to meet everyone else’s expectations.

It’s about breaking free from control, reclaiming your identity, and finally becoming who YOU want to be.

I’m not your doll inside a frame.

Special thanks to @vrli1y for the art work and art directing the music video.
