I always notice how companies love to say they “support mental health”… but then their actions say the complete opposite.

.

1️⃣ They say they care, but they understaff everyone so the workload becomes overwhelming.
2️⃣ They say they care, but burnout is treated like a personal problem instead of a workplace problem.
3️⃣ They say they care, but people are expected to be available 24/7.
4️⃣ They say they care, but employees get judged or punished for taking mental health days.
5️⃣ They say they care, but unrealistic deadlines are the norm.
6️⃣ They say they care, but instead of fixing toxic systems they just post “self-care tips.”
7️⃣ They say they care, but boundaries are treated like a lack of dedication.
8️⃣ They say they care, but policies never actually change.
