Last time I got on a spin bike I was 20… so I tried a new cycling + strength studio in Charlotte 😅🌿 Jungle Cycle + Strength Studio @junglestudioclt had the music popping, the vibes right, and girl… I was laid out. But I lasted the whole class. Would I go back? Watch to the end 👀

We finally tried Cinergy, and it made for the perfect family outing. 🍿🤎 The reclining seats were so comfortable, and ordering food right from our seats made everything so easy. If you’re in Charlotte, I’d definitely recommend checking it out!

Have you been yet? 👇🏾

Bake with me while I make homemade chocolate chip cookies. 🍪🤎

My kids ask for these at least once a week. 🍪🤎
Team soft or crispy cookies?

A slow Sunday spent taking care of myself. 🤎
Flowers, the gym, Trader Joe’s, and little moments that make the week feel a little lighter. 🌸✨

What’s one thing you do every Sunday to reset?
