Man this year broke me tf down, losing my mom after getting baptized I would’ve never through about happening. Still seems unreal most of the time I try keeping myself together in public and cry alone. What I deal with every Sunday going into the same building the last place I saw my Mom is hard. It’s a tough feeling but I know we all have a date. I appreciate the everything I’ve learned from her from a boy to becoming a man I’m gonna hold on to the memories. I know I’m supposed to grow from this but I didn’t want it to be like this. You not here with me physically but I know spiritually you watching over me. I thank god for another year, my friends, family I can’t thank y’all enough!! Shoutout to the gym!! I’ve danced in there,sang, gained confidence, lost confidence, cried, reached goals, and relieved stress. I’m hopeful of reconnecting with god, myself, peace,happiness, killing goals,love, freedom, and all blessing 25 I think is gone be fine.. 💜🐬✌🏾

Dear Mom,

As I stand before you today, I am filled with mixed emotions as I say farewell not goodbye . You have been my rock, my guiding light, and my biggest supporter throughout my life. From the late nights comforting me when I was sick, to the early mornings hustling to make ends meet as a single parent of two kids, you have always been there for me, unwavering in your love and dedication. Despite getting in trouble at school I always made sure to keep good grades to make you proud of me.

I cannot begin to express the gratitude I feel for everything you have done for me. You have sacrificed so much to ensure that I had a good life, and I am eternally grateful for your selflessness and love. Your strength and resilience have inspired me to never give up, no matter how tough things may get.
Although your journey has come to an end, I want you to know that your love and support will always be with me. I will carry your values, teachings, and lessons with me wherever I go, and I promise to make you proud in everything I do.

Please know that you will always be my home, my safe haven, and my biggest cheerleader. Thank you, Mom, for everything you have done for me. I love you more than words can express.

Man what a journey! I’ve talked about doing this since the beginning of this year I didn’t know whether or not if I was ready or whether or not I can commit to something of this magnitude. There was a lot of times I’ve had doubts people things testing me once I signed up for this. I’ve had a long journey of ups and downs, disappointments, letting thoughts down, doubting myself, depression, relationships, and holding on to pain bleeding on others. It was crazy what the pastor was saying because I’m so hard on myself about everything if I didn’t get it right. I’ve had conversations with my big bruh about it and every time he would tell me to give myself grace we not always gonna get it right the first time. I could go on forever but this is a new chapter of myself and just looking forward to the future. Shoutout to my baby for doing it with me, smiling all hard lol 😆also Quanny & Aimee. I appreciate all my family and friends for coming I love all y’all fr thank you!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾 6/9/24
