Being a Nail Tech isn’t just about painting Nails and having fun with doing nail art and girly things. Being a Nail Tech requires a lot of confidence a lot of repetition and most importantly, a healthy mental state of mind to continue to stay creative and adjust two different things that can happen during an appointment and outside of an appointment that keeps us rounded as Nail Tech. I am a walking testimony and have seen everything through and through, and I will tell you that if anything being able to help other people grow without gatekeeping is one of my best gifts I can give to anyone on this walking earth. I opened up KBS Nail Bar not with just wanting to open a business, if you ask anybody in my close circle this was never something I said I wanted to do. My purpose opening a business was to serve a purpose which is to give my Nail Tech self and others that are similar and want the same things as me a place that they could proudly call their Nail home. I struggled so much before I found my bearings with the nail industry and I just truly believe that if you are passionate with doing nails and really love it as a career you’d no longer need to struggle, especially if you find a Nail home that aligns with your goals and the longevity of your career finding the right place is all you need.
