I’m excited to share my advocacy, HERO, on the @mruniverseorg stage in India and and let the world hear the stories of the overseas workers 💫

Beacuse a real King doesn’t just wear a crown, he carries responsibility, lives with honor, leads with compassion and uses his authority to serve.

That’s the mission of HERO: to Help, Empower, Recognize OFWs, proving that the greatest title a man can earn is one that changes lives.

Growing up, I was always insecure about my body. I was a chubby kid or as I used to call myself “Chubby Cheeks” 🤗

That’s why even this little progress means so much to me ✨ (swipe left for my transformation 😜, 2015, 2019 and 2026)

One of the reasons I joined pageantry was to push myself beyond my comfort zone, not just mentally but physically.

To be honest, the gym and I have always had an on-and-off relationship 😅 Sometimes, I just couldn’t find the motivation, the drive or should I say, the discipline to keep going.

I also used to blame my genetics and being Asian, thinking that building muscles came more naturally to others like Latino and Arabs. But I’ve slowly realized that everyone’s body and journey are different.

This is probably the leanest I’ve ever been to date. 💪 I know I’m still far from my goal, but looking back, I’ve already come a long way. And I’m not stopping here.

It’s no longer just about aesthetics. It’s about my health, confidence, discipline and becoming a better version of myself.

So, to anyone who has ever felt the way I did, find your fuel, your drive and most importantly, your “WHY”.

If joining a competition, trying something new or stepping outside your comfort zone gives you that extra push to achieve something you’ve always wanted, whether it’s about your body or life in general, GO FOR IT!

Sometimes, all you need is that one reason to start. The rest comes with consistency, patience and effort.

Progress, not perfection. One step at a time.

Yun lang! 😉😘

Beautiful experience ❤️

Wearing a bindi felt like a warm gesture of welcome, an expression of honor, good wishes and positive energy. Grateful to experience and appreciate the beauty of Indian culture 🇮🇳

Vicks (minsan yong sanitary ointment, yong yellow) + haplos ng iyong Lola hits differently 🥹👵🏻

Every vacation, kahit hindi masakit ang ulo ko, lagi akong nagpapamasahe kay Lola. There’s just something about a grandmother’s touch, iba yung comfort, warmth at peace na nabibigay niya.

If you’re lucky enough to still have your Lola with you, cherish every moment. Habang may pagkakataon, show them the love they truly deserve 🤍
