Once upon a time I somehow created the bestest costume team finding people from all over the film world: extras, lighting, unit…etc. And not only do they make work days fun, bring good vibes, have great work ethic, and have a general good time. They also became such an unlikely group of friends, who happen to (only finding out after the fact) share their birthdays all within 8 days of each other! HAPPY BIRTHDAY FTB!!! Love u loads 💕 taken in Cape Town, Western Cape by @iam.qhekooo

Here’s to creating your own wrap party. Thanks for the job, for the fun times, for the long drives and for not doing changes on set 😋 taken in Bokeh Karaoke by @iam.qhekooo

Get up 4 hrs before work. Leave 2 hrs early to pick up a Davy and convoy for an hr and a half. Have the usual Vida coffee meeting and see which crew slash cast you run into before getting to base half an hr early where June is probably already waiting and ready. Glamorous film life. Best part is the friends you make…and maybe the money, the money you make too taken in Ocean View, Kommetjie by @iam.qhekooo

Back to back 6 day week jobs with these 2 and I think exhaustion has kicked in officially leading to a decision on “let’s get drunk tonight!” Which actually became a rather respectable dinner and drinks highlighted by a trolley found on the walk back. Aaaaand you can’t NOT ride in a shopping cart at 23:00 on a Saturday 🤷‍♀️ let’s be real. taken in Burgundy Estate by @iam.qhekooo

You know how like you have plans to go watch a play and then do a quiz night so you all leave work early or at a reasonable time then all of a sudden you’re running late, stuck in traffic, missed the play. Went to drink. Oh well, here’s to Fat Catcus and playing truth or truth for one whole round with @iam.qhekooo EDIT: then once you get you all meet back up, find out quiz night is cancelled and so you pivot and all end up at karaoke til 23:00ish? Happens to the best of us…😬 Plans?!? What are plans! See ya’ll bright and early for work. by @iam.qhekooo

Off day 4 Da Boyzz. Went to buy a phone and sinus tablets and instead bought whole new outfits to, on spur of the moment, decide it’s a great day to Quad bike, coz ballet flats and flip flops are maybe not a good idea and going back home to get proper shoes wasn’t the vibe buying whole new looks would have to do. Soooo one flipped bike, a handful of rear end collisions, a head light in a tree and a different bike broken…we decided to go again on THE BIG ONES. Coz bigger is better, off days currently come once a week and away jobs only happen once in awhile. I think maybe they love us there. If you were to learn anything from Davido it’s “if you fall off the bike (after flipping it twice, get back on…before Leslie catches up” #DamageReportsAreUs #LetsGoFaster #4TheBoys #wilderness taken in Wilderness, Western Cape by @iam.qhekooo
