You know that powerful female voice you hear on “I Belong To Him”? That’s my big sis @2kays08 , and TODAY IS HER BIRTHDAY! I always love when we’re able to get in the studio together. I’m surprised we ever get work done because we are THAT goofy🤪 #sister #music #studio #birthday #goofy by @iam_acheatham
So many people have been telling me how much they love “Slow Down” since its release earlier this year. One of those people is my very own piano instructor, the one and only @curtbuell . He is the founder and lead educator of the @thebuellinstitute , and he just spontaneously decided to cover some of “Slow Down” on organ during one of our lessons. It blessed me so much that I had to share it🙌🏽 If you or anyone you know is looking to take your piano/organ skills to the next level, make sure to check him out on Instagram and visit his website as well! #piano #organ #b3 #slowdown #vibes by @iam_acheatham
Alright, I finally got a chance to pause and post about last weekend. This past weekend marked the one-month anniversary of the release of “SURRENDERED” and, lemme tell ya, we (yes, I said “we” because you are on this journey with me hahaha) have some milestones to brag on God about: 1. I performed my original music live at the convention center in my home town of Pine Bluff, AR. Immediate family, extended family, church family, and friends and supporters from in and out of state were in attendance. It was a whole vibe, and we had some church right there in downtown🙌🏽 I wish I would’ve gotten more pictures, but we’ll do better at the future shows😉 2. My hard copy CDs finally came in, and they look amazing! So many people bought their copy at the show, and I had a blast signing them at the merch table. 3. “SURRENDERED” officially has over 5K streams on Spotify since its release. It took me much longer to reach this milestone with my first project, so I’m blown away by how many people are listening and finding out about the new music. 4. I reached over 1K monthly listeners on Spotify, which I have NEVER done before🤯 And guess what?! YOU’RE a part of that number, and you helped make that happen👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Needless to say, I truly am overwhelmed by the goodness of God and what He’s doing with the music. Seeing Him throughout the process is really the most enjoyable part. Sure, milestones make great moments, but I don’t want to miss a moment with Him while looking for the next milestone. I don’t know what all lies up the road ahead or what all God has planned for me, but I do know that His plans for me are good and this is truly the life I want to live. #artist #livemusic #newmusic #milestone #glorytogod by @iam_acheatham
🚨🚨ATTENTION!🚨🚨 I’ve been invited to do a live show at the 2026 Delta Expo in my hometown of Pine Bluff, Arkansas THIS SATURDAY! I cannot express how excited I am about this opportunity. If you’re anywhere near the area, come out and support. Admission is free, and they’ll be food and business vendors for you to explore and support as well. I’ll have a live band with me, and we’ve been working hard to make this a memorable experience. Doors open at 11am, and I’ll be performing around 2pm. I hope to see you there! #livemusic #album #community by @iam_acheatham
My new album “SURRENDERED” has been out for a week now, and the love and support you all are showing is AMAZING. I’m beyond grateful for what the Lord is doing through this music. I want to take this time to shout out some of the core team that helped make this project happen: My brother @godframe straight up HELD IT DOWN on the production throughout the album. Multiple people have told me how they enjoy the intricacy and musicality of the beats and arrangement, and he was a huge part in crafting that soundscape that the album warranted. He is a genius at his craft, and he’s only getting better with time. Check out his personal music, and hit him up if you need some production done! My brother @quintencoblentzmusic is the best engineer I’ve worked with thus far. His communication is top notch; his character is upstanding, and his creativity is outstanding. Any good artist knows the importance of mixing and mastering, and, being an artist and composer himself, he understands the anatomy and composition of a great body of work. Check out his personal music, and hit him up for your mixing/mastering needs! My brother @chrisbelldavis is the expert of aesthetic. He took the time to get behind the camera for every cover art and every photoshoot for the album. His marketing mind is unmatched. He’s been following my music since my first project, and he was able to really connect the dots in order to give a seamless visual continuation that not only captured the vision of this music, but also highlighted the growth since my last project. Above all, I’m thankful for a team that was patient with me. Art is delicate, art takes time, and art requires people you trust and who trust you to be along for the journey. I salute you, and I celebrate with you in saying, “WE DID IT!!!”🙌🏽 Stay tuned because I have some exciting announcements coming your way real soon. Until then, KEEP STREAMING THE MUSIC!😆🎶 by @iam_acheatham
