24 hours until we make history.

In 24 hours, The Kingdom Built Academy opens its doors as a first-of-its-kind online academy created to train, certify, and license faith-based beauty educators as Licensed Kingdom Mentors, establishing a standard that has not existed in this industry until now.

This is not something that was built quickly or casually, and it was never intended to blend in with what already exists, because it was developed through years of refinement, obedience, leadership, and lived experience that demanded a higher level of structure, responsibility, and stewardship.

Matthew 25:21 (NIV) says, “Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things…”, and this academy was built with that standard in mind, for the woman who understands that expansion requires both faithfulness and preparation.

This is for the woman who knows she is not meant to simply participate in this industry but to lead within it, and who is ready to carry the weight of influence with integrity, structure, and authority.

Enrollment opens tomorrow at 11AM EST. I’ll see you inside. by @iam_alinacolon

Beauty has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

I was the girl experimenting with makeup, hair, and skincare long before anyone ever paid me for it. At 14 years old, twins asked me to do their makeup. That moment meant everything to me. They were my first paying clients, and the fact that older girls trusted me made me realize this could be more than just a hobby.

From there I started doing makeup regularly and advertising my services.

When I went to college at 18, lash extensions were taking off. I used the last $500 in my bank account to take a beginner lash course. I picked it up quickly and became the girl everyone on campus went to for lashes.

By my junior year my back was constantly hurting, and I knew I could not stay behind the chair forever. I started studying ways to grow in the beauty industry beyond services.

That search led me to launching a lash supply line.

In the first month I made $10,000. Soon I was being invited to speak at lash events and teach artists how to launch product lines. That is when I realized education was my calling.

I launched my mentorship program at $3,000 for three months and enrolled five students in the first month. Demand continued growing, the program increased to $4,000, and eventually every spot was filled.

When I reopened mentorship on January 15, 2026 at double the previous price, nine students enrolled in less than 30 days generating $72K in one month.

Since stepping into education I have been nominated twice for Mentor of the Year, spoken at multiple beauty events, and connected with beauty professionals around the world.

Education has allowed me to build a life I once could not imagine. I have been able to take my family to places we once thought only existed in movies.

All of it started with a 14-year-old girl who loved doing makeup, an 18 year old who didn’t listen when adults told her to “just focus on college and getting a real job,” a 20 year old scared to ‘fail’ but determined enough to not let that happen, and a 25 year old walking in her calling and sharing her testimony.

At what point does it become too much? Are we not seeing what is happening?

If you have to pay a platform to tell you where to stand in a video, please look in the mirror and do some soul searching…and if you have to pay a platform to clone you in order to make content, again, please look in the mirror and ask yourself do you actually want to be a content creator or do you just want fast money while doing little work?

Girllll, I would like to apologize in advance 😭😂 Because after APPOINTED Live, you might start looking at everything you know about the beauty industry as something you could actually get PAID to teach.

And I’m taking full responsibility for that!

Save this one for the next time you talk yourself out of doing it your way❤️

Your first students took a chance on you with no receipts. Pay them back for it and watch how hard they ride for you!!

“Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” Luke 6:38

It was never about not being able to mentor them, it’s about knowing what you specialize in and being able to communicate that you may not be the one to get them their desired result no matter how much they trust you to do so.

The ones I turn away come back when they’re ready to teach, and they bring their friends.

“Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.” Philippians 2:4

As a high-paying client myself, nothing irritates me more than a mentor that hides their prices and tries to get me on a call to answer a question that takes 2 seconds to answer.

And I know my ideal client is me. If that irritates me, I know it also irritates her! So..public prices always!

“Let what you say be simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No.’” Matthew 5:37

You just boasted about YOUR curriculum. What does that do for her? She cannot buy into a future you have not described.

“Where there is no vision, the people perish.” Proverbs 29:18

When you stop apologizing for your prices, your students will stop trying to reason with you on them. Just raise the price and never apologize about it.

“The laborer deserves his wages.” Luke 10:7

I think a lot of beauty professionals have gotten so comfortable being fully booked that they haven’t really thought about what their business could look like five years from now.

✨Full books? That’s awesome. Have you thought about when you’ll fit family time in?
✨Making 5k-10k/month in services alone? Wow, go girrrrl!! So when’s the last time you got to take a vacation and still had money coming in while you were there?
✨You’re finally gaining the respect you deserve? I love this so much for you gf!! Can you imagine the respect you’ll gain when you share how you gained that respect to someone who’s still fighting for it? Life by @iam_alinacolon

I think a lot of beauty professionals have gotten so comfortable being fully booked that they haven’t really thought about what their business could look like five years from now.

And girl, I get it. You worked HARD to build that clientele. But how many more appointments can you realistically add to your schedule?

You’ve spent years mastering your craft, and there’s an opportunity to build an education business around what you already know.

That’s exactly what we’re working on at APPOINTED LIVE, my wealth and business mastermind for Christian beauty educators.

Are yall seeing the vision?! We are talking sparklers going off, music playing in the background, lights off, advanced audio and visual effects, and a production crew on site to capture all of your bts content for you while you focus on ALL the value being shared!!

✨Your Offer Clarity: can a stranger tell what you’re selling? She can only buy what she can tell you’re selling.
✨Your Ideal Client: Do you know exactly who the program is for and what she’s trying to get out of it? Not your audience, the actual buyer. Are you aware of the 3 layers that make her say YES without convincing?
✨Your Revenue Math: Do the price and the number of seats actually add up to your revenue goal? Most educators have a number in their head and a program that can’t mathematically reach it.
✨Your Scalability: can the teaching happen without you in the room every time? If every dollar needs your body present, you rebuilt a system that replicates the service providing system.
✨Your Systems: Is there a backend running the business when you aren’t? Payments and payment plans collecting on their own, onboarding that happens without them having to wait hours or even days to hear from you, follow-up going out automatically, students supported and renewed on a system.
✨Your Selling Strategy: Are you running a consultation call confidently? Can you take your buyer from a maybe to an OMG I NEED YOU? Can you have a sales chat via dm without needing AI to answer for you?

If this sounds like anything you’ve been struggling with, this is the room you need to be in.
