20 years later and the assignment was still understood. 🎓✨ Good vibes, great memories, reconnecting with friends, and aging in reverse. Class of '06, we still got it! 💫 #20yearhighschoolreunion #classof2006 #goodvibesonly #aginggracefully #20yearslater by @iam_kml
Breaking those mental barriers ❤️‍🔥 Literally this is a daily battle, but once you continue to practice this you will be so surprised at what you can actually do! This journey honestly will never be easy, if it was everyone would be doing it! However, working on YOU is literally the best investment 👌🏽 Change your habits and become the best version of yourself! You can have results or excuses, but not both. -Arnold Schwarzenegger #fitnessmotivation #fitmom #trending #fitnessjourney #dontgiveup #trendingaudio #fitnessreels #yougotthis #keepgoingstrong by @iam_kml

Stop playing small, it’s time to switch the dial to "GO." 🛑🚀 Your potential is infinite, but nothing grows in the comfort zone. Every single rep in this bootcamp isn't just about building muscle, it’s about breaking the mental barriers holding you back. The moment you decide to stop shrinking is the moment you start growing. ⚡️ Track says it all: We on GO. 🏃💨 When you commit to the grind, "on go" means action over hesitation. It means deciding that the person you are becoming is worth the sweat today. If you've been playing it safe, comfortable, or small... this is your sign to unlock that next level. You owe it to yourself to see what happens when you give 100%. Let's build together. No more shrinking. ✨ 👇 Lock in with the community: 💬 Drop a "🔥" if you’re ready to stop making excuses and tap into your full potential! 📌 Save this reel for the next time you need a spark to crush your workout. 👉 Share this with someone who needs to hear this today!# #fullpotential #stopplayingsmall #mindsetshift #gymreel #findyourcommunity by @iam_kml
They said I couldn’t, so I proved I could. Living fully, raising my girl, and trusting God through every season, because even in the waiting, there’s joy to be found. Keep praying, keep moving, and watch Him work. #faithoverfear🙏🏽❤️ #momwholifts #ᴛʀᴜsᴛᴛʜᴇᴘʀᴏᴄᴇss #joyinthewaiting #keepmovingforward➡️ by @iam_kml
Your mind will always try to convince you to give up way before your body actually does. Having a trainer and gym partner in your corner who see your potential when you only see your limits changes everything, because the way we speak to ourselves is truly half the battle. Did you guess I hit all five reps, or did you think my mind won that round? #mindsetmatters #fitness #inspiration #speaktoyourselfkindly #youarelimitless by @iam_kml

Behind that "not much" is a whole lot of God. I’m learning to step out of survival mode and let God restore me from the inside out. Healing isn’t clean or perfect, and I fail along the way, but choosing growth, therapy, celibacy, and getting closer to Him has been the best decision for my heart, my daughter, and my future. We’ve still got time left in this year. Every new morning is a gift to try again, reset, and let God rewrite your story. If you’re in a quiet season of rebuilding right now, know you’re not alone. Comment "RESET" if you’re choosing to give yourself grace this week. #inspiration #getclosertogod #healing #reset #giveyourselfgrace by @iam_kml
In 2021, I was trapped in a toxic cycle, trying to hold together a broken situation while staying strong for my daughter. Fitness became my sanctuary, the one place I could process the pain, reclaim my power, and remember the resilient woman God made me to be. It gave me the clarity to finally walk away and rebuild my life on my own terms. If you're using movement to heal or break free right now, drop your goal in the comments and let’s lift each other up. #inspiration #freedom #weallhaveastory #fitnesssavedme #fitmoms by @iam_kml
