目まぐるしく過ぎた2020年が終わり､ついに2021年に｡しばらくは状況が変わらなそうだけど､諦めないこと､落ち込まないこと､いつも前向きでいることを意識して今年1年を過ごそうと思います｡
昨年はほぼ体を動かせず､怪我をしないか心配だったけど､なんとか健康に過ごせました｡今年の目標は､柔軟性をつけること｡どこまでがんばれるかな｡本年もどうぞよろしくお願いします🙏🏻

My dear Lana, since i met you for the first time, you have taught and gave me a lot of things. to believe in myself, believe on my way, believe my possibility and to have confident myself, courage, don't be afraid what i do and what i want to do in the future. and you made me notice what i truly love. you are the reason why i am enjoying my life. i can't thank you enough and i am very happy to have met you in my life and am greatful for you. I was glad to be able to share fun time and unforgettable moment with you. i am sorry that i couldn't be there today. but i am sure that you were amazing as usual.
