POSTS STORIES REELS
ONE MILLION DOLLARS 🤍 • There was a time when I never could’ve imagined writing these words.🥹 • This milestone wasn’t built overnight. It was built through years of hard work, dedication, sacrifice, countless prayers, and making the decision to never give up even when things felt uncertain. 🙏🏽 • Every obstacle I faced sharpened me as a business owner. Every setback taught me something I needed for the next level. Looking back now, I’m grateful for every lesson because they all played a role in building the business I have today.❤️ Above all, I’m grateful that I’ve kept God at the center of every corner of my business. His grace, favor, and guidance have carried me through every season. • I’m also incredibly grateful for the alignment that brought me under the mentorship of The Seven Figure Spa Chick, Candace Holyfield. Her leadership, wisdom, and belief in me have been instrumental in helping me grow as a CEO and reach this incredible milestone. Thank you for constantly challenging me to think bigger.🫶🏽✨ • Reaching $1 million in business revenue also made me realize something… Some of the biggest breakthroughs in my business came when I stopped thinking like just a service provider and started thinking like a CEO.‼️ • That’s exactly why I decided to create my very first e-book, More Than a Service Provider. Inside, I’m sharing three of the biggest shifts that helped me grow my beauty business beyond simply taking more clients, because I want other beauty professionals to know what’s possible for them, too. • This milestone isn’t the finish line. It’s the foundation for everything that’s still to come. ❤️ • Thank you to every client, every team member, every mentor, every supporter, and everyone who has been part of this journey. You all have a piece in this story. 🥲🫶🏽 • 📖 My first e-book, More Than a Service Provider, is officially available. Comment or DM “CEO” and I’ll send you the direct link for access 🥰 • • • #girlbosslife #womaninbusiness #estheticianlife #dmvbeauty by @iam_layonna
I Had To Be Her…… To Become Her❤️ • Sometimes I look at these photos and can’t believe they’re all me. The girl answering phones at the call center job I worked at for 9 years. The girl taking a leap of faith to go to esthetics school. The new esthetician trying to figure it all out. The woman opening the doors to her business. • There were so many moments I doubted myself. Moments I was scared. Moments I wondered if any of it would actually work. But every version of me was building the next version. When I look at these photos it reminds me to never give up, never not bet on yourself, do it scared and ALWAYS trust the process ❤️ • And honestly? I’m still becoming her. ✨ • • • 📞540-685-5071 💻WWW.BLISSBEAUTYBARVA.COM 📍Fredericksburg, VA 🗓Click The Link In Our Bio To Book An Appointment! • Text “JOIN” To 844-710-9684 To Join Our VIP Text List 📲 For Exclusive Offers! • Click The Link In Our Bio To Join Our Email List & Stay In The Loop! • • • #girlboss #tobeher #estheticianlife #trusttheprocess #consistency by @iam_layonna
Standing in Times Square looking up at this billboard felt unreal 🥹 Seeing Bliss Beauty Bar next to brands like Amazon and Ulta; Only I know the journey it took to get here. • So many people see moments like this and think it happened overnight. But what they don’t see are the years behind it… the sacrifices, the sleepless nights, the moments of doubt, being a mother, a business owner, and a woman trying to build something bigger than herself. • There were seasons where things felt hard. There were prayers, tears, and a lot of faith that kept me going. But every step of the journey, the good and the challenging led me right here to this moment. • I’m proud of how far I’ve come. I’m proud of the woman I’ve become. And I’m even more excited about the woman I’m still evolving into. 🥲 • This billboard represents something that’s incredibly close to my heart — The Clear Skin Reset. ❤️ • I created this program because I know firsthand how deeply our skin can affect our confidence. When you look in the mirror and love what you see, it changes how you show up in the world. The Clear Skin Reset was designed to give you a clear roadmap to healthy, confident skin, with professional guidance every step of the way. After treating skin for over 8 years, I wanted to create something that removes the guesswork so you no longer have to figure it out alone.🫶🏽 • If you’re ready to feel confident in your skin and finally understand what your skin truly needs, I would love to guide you through that transformation. ✨ The next Clear Skin Reset cycle begins in April and we are now accepting new enrollments. • If this speaks to you, send me a DM with the word CLEAR and let’s start your skin transformation. • • Text JOIN to 844-710-9684 For Exclusive Bliss Updates📲 • • 📞540-685-5071 💻WWW.BLISSBEAUTYBARVA.COM 📍Fredericksburg, VA 🗓Click The Link In Our Bio To Book An Appointment! • • • #estheticianlife #fredericksburgva #lashboss #fredericksburgesthetician #dmvesthetician #entrepreneurship #womaninbusiness #momprenuers #staffordesthetician #staffordva #fxbgspa #spaowner #entrepreneurlife #esthetician #estheticianlife #mompreneur #timessquare by @iam_layonna
Every time I get in the room, I leave different. 🤍✨ • This past weekend I was at the Build a Boss Workshop, surrounded by beauty pros who want more for their business and aren’t afraid to go get it. • I came home inspired, hungry for more, and ready to do more. That feeling hasn’t gotten old, and I hope it never does.🤌🏽 I met so many incredible women from all over the East Coast. Grateful I got to be there. • Your growth will always be tied to the rooms you’re willing to walk into. 😌 Thank you @kcmbeautybar for creating this space ❤️ by @iam_layonna
You don’t need another service to bring in more money. 🤍 • At the Black Spa Expo, I taught estheticians, lash artists, and spa owners how to diversify their beauty business income through retail, events, collaborations, and partnerships, not just appointments. 🤌🏽 • I used to think the only way to make more was to take another client. Then I learned that one event day can out-earn a full day of appointments, and that retail sales raise your ticket without adding a single service. • That’s why I wrote the More Than a Service Provider ebook: a guide for beauty pros who want multiple income streams without burning out behind the chair. ❤️ • So let me ask you: if you couldn’t take clients for a month, what would your business still bring in? 🤔👀 • If you want to grow your income without adding to your schedule, and finally stop feeling like your business depends on how many clients you can squeeze in, comment MORE and I’ll send you the ebook. 🤍 by @iam_layonna
Most estheticians, lash artists, and spa owners don’t have a business problem. They have a clarity problem. 🤍 I hosted a mastermind in DC alongside @sevenfigurespachick for our 100K Before Christmas Accelerator 🔥 • Women drove in. Women flew in from different states, all for one room, because they were done guessing. 📣 I taught team building, creating programs, and retail strategies they could implement right away.🤌🏽 • That’s exactly why I created my CEO Intensive: one-on-one support to get clear on your numbers, your team, and your offers. • Working nonstop but still unsure what your next step is? Scared to hire? Just hoping your numbers add up? That’s a clarity problem. • Drop CLARITY below and I’ll send you the link to book a clarity call with me. 🤍 by @iam_layonna
Everything Can Be Effortless & Easy For You… If You Say It Is 🤎✨ by @iam_layonna
One of the most common questions I get: “How do I make more money in my beauty business?” 🤔 The answer that’s worked for me? Diversify.🎯 • Not just appointments — high-ticket packages & programs, retail, events, and partnerships. Each one is its own revenue stream, and together they add up. • But let’s say you want to hit $30K a month off services alone. Here’s the math: $30,000 ÷ 4 weeks = $7,500/week $7,500 ÷ 5 day work week = $1,500/day • How do you make $1,500 in a day? → 3 high-ticket services at $500 each → Or 5 mid-tier services at $300 each As some examples ‼️ • There’s more than one path to $30K — you just have to break down what works for YOUR business and build toward it. ❤️ • This is exactly why I created More Than a Service Provider to help beauty pros like you diversify and make more money beyond just appointments. • Comment “MORE” and I’ll send you the link • • • #beautybusinessgrowth #spaowner #womaninbusiness by @iam_layonna
I don’t see why I can’t have everything I want 🦋 by @iam_layonna
What if the thing you keep saying you’ll do “one day” is the thing that could change everything? 👀 • I started with one skill: lash artistry. And that one decision opened doors I couldn’t have imagined at the time. ❤️ • That’s why Beyond the Lashes Intensive is about more than learning how to apply lashes. You’ll learn the fundamentals of becoming a lash artist, but we’re also talking about how to attract clientele, retain your clients, market yourself, and build the foundation of your business after you’re certified.🤌🏽 • Because I don’t just want you to leave knowing how to lash. I want you to leave knowing what to do next. 🤍🎯 • Beyond the Lashes Intensive is now enrolling. Drop LASH in the comments and I’ll send you the details on how to enroll. ✨ 📍Fredericksburg, Va • • • #fredericksburglashclass #fredericksburglashtraining #lasheducator by @iam_layonna
A moment I’ll never forget. 🥹🤍 Being inducted into the Spa Hall of Fame at Black Spa Expo was such a special moment for me. And if you were in the room… then you already know the tears definitely came. 🥲 • What people don’t always see is how incredibly hard I work. The long days, the sacrifices, the risks, the times I’ve had to figure it out as I went, and the constant decision to keep going even when things felt hard. • Nothing about my journey has ever been handed to me. Everything I have, I’ve worked for. Everything I’ve built, I’ve earned. So standing in this moment and being honored for the entrepreneur and woman I’ve become was a reminder that the hard work and sacrifices continue to pay off. • I’m proud of what I’ve built. I’m proud of how far I’ve come. And I’m proud of the younger version of me who made the decision to bet on herself without having any idea where that decision would eventually take her.❤️ • And even with all that I’ve accomplished, I’m Still learning. Still building. Still becoming. Still dreaming bigger. Spa Hall of Fame. A reminder that every chapter, every sacrifice, and every step has been worth it. ✨ • • #beautyentrepreneur #womaninbusiness by @iam_layonna
