WKND SERIES | EP. 03 🎥🤎

Somewhere between working, showing up, catching up with friends, and finding little pockets of peace, life has been happening.

This weekend was a little bit of everything. A couple of jobs, quality time with my people, a date with my friends, and a beautiful escape into nature. 🌿

Sometimes, life isn’t just about chasing the next thing or getting work done. Sometimes, it’s about slowing down, appreciating where you are, enjoying the people around you, and allowing yourself to just be.

So here’s another little glimpse into my world. The work, the life, and everything in between.

Welcome to Episode 3. A little more life, a little more living. 🤎✨

Bridal Makeup Artist of the Year AMUAH26🏆🤍

If you told the 14-year-old me, who would sit behind his notebooks practicing how to draw brows because he was always fascinated by women wearing makeup, that one day this little obsession would become a craft, a business, a purpose, and eventually an award… I honestly wouldn’t believe you. 🥹

What started as curiosity became passion.
Passion became a skill.
That skill became Othellostouch.
And today, I get to hold this recognition in my hands.

There have been so many moments when I questioned myself, moments when the journey felt slow, moments when I wondered if I was really good enough or if all the sacrifices would eventually mean something.

But with this award, reminds me that every small step counted. Every face I painted, every bride I glammed, every late night, every mistake, every lesson, every time I chose to keep going—it all brought me here.

I’m deeply grateful to God, to every bride and client who has trusted my hands, to everyone who has supported Othellostouch, and to the little boy who dared to be curious about makeup in the first place.

This award is not just a trophy to me. It is a reminder of how far I’ve come. 🤍

And honestly… I’m just getting started.

WKND SERIES EP. 02 was basically work, work, work, with a little bit of life squeezed in between. 😂

Come spend the weekend with me. 🤎🎬

This weekend started on Thursday and somehow turned into four straight days of work, movement and being everywhere at once. 😭

Thursday was the only day I got to breathe a little — visited my friends, went fabric shopping, stopped by the supermarket, and ended the day at my tailor’s for a consultation.

Friday? FULL WORK MODE. 🫠
A full-day job with Prudential Fashion Academy, straight to a studio shoot afterwards, and eventually home… very late.

Saturday started with a bridal morning session where I got to glam the mother of the bride, then straight to another job at a different location.

And Sunday was one last job around the CUBANA SUITE before I could finally call it a weekend.

Indeed, We have granted you, [O Muhammad], al-Kawthar. So pray to your Lord and offer sacrifice [to Him alone]. Indeed, your enemy is the one cut off.

Surah Al- kawthar (108;1-3)

May Allah accept our prayers 👏
