I don’t train them simply to fight. I train them to endure.
Every punch teaches discipline. Every round teaches courage. Every setback teaches them to rise again.
These young gladiators are not just learning how to throw punches, they are learning how to face life without fear.
My greatest victory will never be the fights I won, but the warriors I helped build.
Train the body. Forge the mind. Strengthen the spirit. Pass the flame. 🥊🔥

Sometimes therapy isn’t about talking.
Sometimes it’s about breathing through the pressure, throwing the next punch, and refusing to carry yesterday into tomorrow.
The bag takes the anger.
The sweat takes the weight.
And somewhere between the rounds, you find yourself again.

Train the body. Quiet the mind. Heal through discipline. 🥊

Shadow boxing is where I meet the parts of myself I’m still learning to heal.

The real power is not in pulling the trigger.
It is in having the discipline to understand when not to.
Violence is loud. Its consequences are louder.

I don’t train to hit harder. I train so the noise in my head finally shuts up.. There’s no one across from me just the version of myself I haven’t made peace with yet. Every jab, every slip, every breath is a conversation I’m too afraid to have out loud. This is what it looks like when healing doesn’t have words, only fists.

They say shadow boxing is training. For me it’s confession. Every strike is something I never said, every rep a memory I’m still trying to outrun, so everytime I clinch my fist, I fight back. I fight the ghosts from my past.
